You’ll find the 3 items needed to build this machine within the bank bunker: the Stool, Battery, and Shell. To gain access to the bunker, you’ll need to first turn the power on at the power station, then place a Turbine near the door with the lightning bolt symbol on it. That will trigger the same door within the bank to open, giving you access to the bunker.
