Items

5,000 Hearts: Obtain a Hewdraw Club by getting a high enough melee combo modifier.

8,000 Hearts: Defeat Twinbellows without allowing it to roar.

9,000 Hearts: On the practice range, score higher than 15,000 on the Air Battle damage counter.

10,000 Hearts: Defeat the phoenix while in mid-air above the battle area.

999,999 Hearts: Successfully clear all chapters with the intensity set to 9.0.

Boss Battle Intensity Settings: Once you've unlocked Boss Battles, play through it on easy difficulty.

Feather: Open one hundred fifty treasure chests.

Feather: Perform a total of one thousand melee attacks.

Aurum Brain Obtain a weapon with a value over three hundred.

Cellular Skuttler  Acquire a set of Raptor Claws upgraded with a status-resistance modifier.

Centurion Obitars Successfully perform 2,000 dodges.

Crusader Blade Eliminate fifty Soulflees.

Dark Fighter Collect over 300,000 Hearts.

Dark Pit Staff Defeat Dark Pit on Intensity 7.5 or higher without jumping onto any platforms.

Angelic Missile L. 3: Destroy Phosphora in 30 seconds or less.

Freeze Attack L. 3: Successfully pull off 100 Idol tosses.

Interference L. 3: In Together mode, defeat 100 opponents.

Random Effect L. 2: In Together Mode, play Far Away 50 times.

Slip Shot L. 2: Defeat the Chaos Kin before Dark Pit is defeated.

Ogre Club: Clear Chapter 9 without utilizing any of the Three Sacred Treasures.

Shock Orbitars:  Complete chapter 14 without a scratch on Intensity 2.0 or higher.

Unlockables: Palutena's Treasure Hunt

Items

100 Hearts: Open up a Treasure Box, obtain any Idol, use any Power, or die once. You'll be awarded 100 hearts for completing each of these tasks.

300 Hearts: Use Fuse Weapons to craft a weapon, play Free-For-All mode, obtain a club, or successfully perform a melee attack while riding on a grind rail.

500 Hearts: Use ten items, clear five chapters, or achieve a high score of more than 100,000 points.

1,500 Hearts: Use the Centurion Assist item ten times.

3,000 Hearts: Suffer from a finisher 20 times.

5,000 Hearts: Create twenty weapons by using Fuse Weapons.

Feather: Either have 5,000 hearts in your possession, or play for more than ten hours.  

Giant Maker: Successfully assemble Daybreaker.

Idols

Boom spear: Score 500,000 or more points.

Brawler Claws: Obtain twenty weapons.

Colin & Phil: Before Disembarking, defeat five opponents using the Aether Ring Shield.

Girin: Defeat Pandora using Stealth Claws.

Grenade: Obtain a staff.

Light Fighter: Play Light versus Dark once.

Magnus: Use the Burst Blade to defeat Dark Lord Gaol.

Mik: Collect 1,000 or more hearts in chapter 1.

Monolith: Defeat a Soulflee.

Pit: Stand victorious once in Light vs. Dark.

Reaper: Use the Cherubot's melee attack to destroy ten enemies before disembarking.

Shock Orbitars: Obtain a bow.

Snong: Get a weapon stolen from you by a Pluton.

Somewhat Staff: Play Together mode once.

Space Pirate Captain: Use the Bullet Blade to defeat the Kraken.

That First Town: Collect a Palm.

Volcano: Successfully perform fifty dodges.

At the Safloor Palace(Ch. 7): Get through chapter 7 in under 18 minutes.

Boss Fight 1: Defeat a boss.

Ch. 6: Dark Pit: Defeat Dark Pit in Chapter 6 while Crisis Mode is active on intensity 5.0 or higher.

The Space-Pirate Ship: Achieve a score on 180,000 or higher on Chapter 8. 

Into the Labyrinth: Complete Chapter 5 in 18 minutes or less.

Magnus's Theme: Defeat Gaol on intensity 5 or higher without allowing Magnus to be defeated.

Underworld Castle: Get through chapter 9 in 36 minutes or less.

Autoreticle L. 1: Complete Chapter 1 in 7 minutes or less.

Bumblebee L. 1: Clear Chapter 9 with 8,500 or more hearts on Intensity 5 or higher.

Celestial Firework L. 1: Successfully complete an Idol Toss.

Confuse Attack L. 1: Defeat Pandora before she can take down Dark Pit in Chapter 5.

Counter L. 1: Use Centurion Assist.

Crisis Recovery L. 1: Complete Chapter 1 in 4 minutes.

Darkness L. 1: While in Crisis Mode, defeat Thanatos.

Effect Recovery L. 1: While in Together Mode, play Far Away.

Eggplant Attack: Suffer the effects of an eggplant transformation a total of five times.

Darkness Bow: Fire over 1,000 shots.

Eyetrack Orbitars: Clear Chapter 2 with Orbitars.

Fairy Orbitars: Place over 10,000 hearts into the Fiend's Cauldron.

Fortune Bow: Complete Chapter 2 in ten minutes or less.

Gemini Orbitars: Take the Gemini Zodiac Chamber's Treasure.

Lancer Staff: Clear Chapter 8 with 200 or more kills on Intensity 5 or higher.

Leo Cannon: Collect the Leo Zodiac Chamber's Treasure.

Palutena Blade: Get through Chapter 9 in under 28 minutes.

Poseidon Cannon: Get through Chapter 8 in less than 20 minutes.

Predator Cannon: Make it through Chapter 5 without dying on Intensity 5 or higher.

Royal Blade: In a Free-For-All Match, place first.

Sagittarius Bow: Take the Sagittarius Zodiac Chamber's treasure.

Somewhat Staff: Complete Chapter 5 with a staff on Intensity 2.0 or higher.

Stealth Claws: Clear Chapter 7 with claws on Intensity 5+.

Taurus Arm: Take the Taurus Zodiac Chamber's Treasure.

Thanatos Staff: Beat down Thanatos using the Volcano Arm.
