Lost Planet 2: Unlock Extreme Mode

In Lost Planet 2 for the Xbox 360 and PS3, there is a bonus difficulty called Extreme Mode you can unlock.

All you have to do is beat the game on Hard to unlock this extra (much harder) difficulty.
