In order to upgrade your gadgets in Dishonored for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360, you’ll need to find the blueprints.
Gadget Blueprints are scattered throughout the game, and once you attain one you can take it to Piero to be able to purchase the upgrade for that gadget.
Some blueprints will show up multiple times, but you can only get them once, so if you get the first copy then the second copy won’t be there later in the game.
Here are the gadget blueprint locations, and what mission area to find them in.
