Money makes the world go round – and that's true even if you're a badass Witcher such as our white haired friend, Geralt. You're going to need copious amounts of cash if you intend to get by in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on the PlayStation 4 – especially if you've decided to, ahem, "test" yourself on the upper difficulty tiers. Of course, there are plenty of get rich quick schemes in CD Projekt Red's fantasy world.
The best that we've found so far has been uncovered by YouTube user PowerPyx, and while it does bend the game's rules a little, we don't think that it classifies as an 'exploit' either. Essentially, you'll want to chat to the merchant in Hierarch Square in Novigrad. He'll be selling shells, so purchase all of his stocks, and then quit out of the store screen. Re-enter it, and he'll have more former sea urchins for you to acquire.
Buy as many as you can, then sprint to the armourer standing on the other side of town. Dismantle the shells to get plenty of pearls, and then sell these to the armourer until he runs out of money. Quit out of the conversation and meditate for five days, then return to the armourer and sell some more. Repeat the process until you've sold all of your stocks. You can rinse and repeat as many times as you can stomach for serious financial rewards.
There's one thing worth noting: merchants aren't around at night time, so you'll need to work during the day. Follow the steps correctly, though, and you can potentially make an enviable amount of lolly. Have you got any alternative muller multiplying tips to share?
