Remember Left Brain Right Brain? It claimed to promote ambidexterity by forcing you to play with your left and right hand in turn until one was as good as the other. Unswayed by ‘meh’ reviews for the original Left Brain, Majesco’s published a sequel which is more disappointing than the first outing.
Twenty minigames pit your ‘strong’ hand against the other (though the game often forgets which is which) and awards almost 100% no matter what you score. There’s no scientific basis for the tests since your second hand has the advantage of ‘seeing’ what the first hand just did. The game also forgets to test your first hand on repeat plays, meaning you’re stuck with your original score. Tsk.
