Video Games My Top TPS Games List by Mid 2013: Beyond Expectations!

,Computers Oh man, there are lots of games due to be released this year. We don’t yet know what’s coming later, but 2013 is shaping up to be a great year for TPS games. Here is my top TPS (third person shooter) games list by mid 2013.

1.Tomb Raider

Tomb Raider became a big hit immediately after it’s released on March 5, 2013. Personally speaking, this game is definitely stunning for me. The great music and sound design gives great incentive to explore more of the game. It also involves a mix of puzzle solving, platforming and combat in an open world environment. Most of all, I love the story a lot and it’s really fun and pleasant to see how Lara Croft gradually grows from a frightened girl to a female warrior.

2.Dead Space 3

Dead Space 3 is a TPS video game released on February 5, 2013. As the third entry in the Dead Space series, the game has lost the dark side of the series. Instead, the thrill of the game lies in the physical, viscous and feral combat. It also introduces brand new weapon crafting and upgrading system to enhance the combat experience. As a person that would like to trade survival horror for action, Dead Space 3 is a perfect choice for me.

3.Warframe

Warframe is a free-to-play third-person four-player co-op shooter video game, released on March 25, 2013. Though like all games in beta, at the moment, it feels somewhat buggy and unfinished, Warframe has shown some wow factors. The fast-paced action, the various customizable options, the co-op mode, the competent storyline…all demonstrate the potential of a great game. I’m really looking forward to the finished edition.

4.Zombie Battlefield

Have I got you by surprise? Sure, Zombie Battlefield is not a BIG game; it may even not sound so familiar to you and it actually fits in this list mostly for being a TPS game released in 2013. It’s a zombie game, yet not as scary as Tomb Raider; it has various gears and weapons, yet not having a weapon crafting system like Dead Space 3; it is a free-to-play game like Warframe, yet having no co-op mode like Warframe…But it’s fun, fast-paced, not so time demanding, and can be a perfect choice for killing time. That’s just how I fell in love with Zombie Battlefield.
