In this Role Play Game, you are no longer playing the hero who will rescue the world, the single concern that has meaning, is gold and having an amazing time.We take the role of a Bard, a wandering champion and occasional monster hunter with a good understanding of humor (notable when the hero argues with the storyteller is priceless)!. He has just entered in town of Houton, with a lute and empty hands. The plot introduce you with a rat problem and before you know it you are embarking on an enormous adventure in the foreign land of Houton's expanse. For this moment you begin killing beasts and other similar foes. You will encounter over 50 different characters, not counting bosses. So, as you win fights and achieve objectives you gain levels and the game gets harder.
Through music the Bard learns to reckon on the help of some magical creatures. At first the Bard plays only one song that allows him to invoke the aid of a ... rodent. Though as the RPG advances he can call four creatures at the same life, from total sixteen that will follow him on his travel. As in all RPGs, the Bard has his stats improve during his voyage. Meanwhile, the Bard gets new mastery that allows him to do various number of attacks, such as combo strikes, strikes with two weapons, etc. Conclusively, along with new skills, the Bard finds new musical instruments like an electric guitar which grants him to renew his magic energy more rapidly. As against to the classic D&D systems using group parties, in this Role Play Game, we have the basic control of The Bard. Beyond that, the pick of player characters will summon through music, is entirely on the player's desicion. This generates literally fascinating results, for example at several period we can have in our company, a creature that has the character of a 'Cleric' or a 'Thief'. Continuous changes in the NPCs keep the title crisp and allows the player to try many combinations. The title is enormous by today's standards as it takes close to 20 hours to finish. As well, it is impossible for players to experience all things, the first time they play. The gameplay always moves on and never stays sluggish, resulting in no need for the player to return back to areas already visited. Some of my favorite scenes are when the Bard is called for help, almost expected, makes things worse. The missions are constantly original and full of humor.
This Role Play Game has incredible artwork for an Android Game. All things are beautifully designed and they have a cartoonish style. All characters have personality and the voice acting is genuinely efficient.Espesially the Narrator. As this is a Bard's Tale game, music is its second name. All the RPG mechanics are surrounded by music. It is the element that makes it special, apart the above. Is how music is used.Throught the RPG you will fight a lot of characters that the only matter they do, is sing. You can listen the songs and as well sing along in karaoke style. You can also see the infamous yellow ball to show you what word to sing. You will find a lot of times yourself, wandering and sing the songs. The songs are so well written.Listen at the beginning the Beer song and you will know what I mean.
Armed with its sarcastic interlude and its striking visuals, brainy script, fast loading times, manages by not taking itself seriously, to create one of the most important RPGs optimized for Android.
