World of Warcraft is the Board Game and it is a team-based fantasy adventure. The Horde and the Alliance factions must struggle and compete to be the first to defeat the unbeatable Overlord; that be it the lich-king Kel'Thuzad, the demon Kazzak, or the dragon Nefarian; or failing that, to be the last faction standing when it comes to all-out war. World of Warcraft, the expanding game has been in the gaming news rather a lot recently.
Sometimes for positive reasons, such as the proclamation of The Burning Crusade expansion; and the fact is that there are now more than five million World of Warcraft players around the globe. And sometimes for not so positive reasons; such as the login problems that continue to deny many World of Warcraft players instant access, or in some cases any access at all, to Azeroth. Then there are the accusations that Chinese players are being discriminated against by others who suspect them to be gold farmers, and that Blizzard's refusal to allow LGB-friendly guilds represents an infringement on various rights.
If it is been taken on the role of a chivalrous paladin or a wise shaman; a holy priest or a vile warlock, a mighty manage or a crafty rogue. Play as a savage orc, a tribal troll, a mighty tauren, or one of the Forsaken undead; become an ingenious gnome, a doughty dwarf, a mysterious Night Elf, or a noble human.
Widely accepted and the most well known expanding game, the World of Warcraft has become Massively Multiplayer Online Game from Blizzard Entertainment. The Board Game allows the players to choose from 16 characters, drawn from the eight races and nine character classes of the Warcraft universe, and take up weaponry for the glory of the Horde or the Alliance. Travel across vanquish monsters, Lordaeron, gain experience and power, and earn honor for the player's faction.
The first of these world of warcraft tips is centered around playing style. Most wow gamers tend to play with the same style. Typical game flow follows like this.
You are attempting to power level your way through a particular zone and you get stuck. It doesn't matter if it's because you forgot where that NPC character is found, or how to best play through a series of chain quests, at some point you get stuck. What is funny is that 95% of wow gamers now all follow the same suit. They find some tree or rock to hide behind so they don't get ganked and Alt+Tab out of the game. They either head to their trusty world of warcraft guide to find what they are looking for or to the ever popular wow online database. Sure it only takes a moment or two, perhaps even up to 30 second to find the information you need and you back in the game right? The problem is the mere tactic of Alt+Tabbing is inefficient. Here's why. If you were to keep track of exactly how much total time you wasted Alt tabbing in and out of the game and summed this all up over the course of several levels you'd be amazed at how much in-game time your wasting. So many WoW gamers talk about minimizing downtime in-between grinding but never consider the amount of time they waste by Alt+tabbing.
