Collecting Cassette Tapes is your door to earn 'Information' achievement. You may collect Cassette Tapes in any order regardless of what map says. Collecting Chico's Cassette Tapes 3 and 5 should be in order of rescuing the prisoners.

Chico's Cassette Tape 1
Complete 'Intel Operative Rescue' mission to get this first Chico's Tape.
Chico's Cassette Tape 2:
Location: Right at the top of Control tower next to the entrance of base.
How to collect: The only way you can get there is from inside using ladder by the wall. On the desk you'll find Second Chico's Cassette Tape.
Chico's Cassette Tape 3:
You need to rescue Chico first and after leading him to the helicopter you'll get Chico's Cassette 3 in a cut-scene.
Chico's Cassette Tape 4:
To collect Chico's Cassette Fourth Tape, you need to rescue Convict in a refugee camp, and you'll get it as a reward.
Chico's Cassette Tape 5:
To collect this fith Chico's Tape you need to rescue Paz first. Two guards will be talking about it. You'll need to go to north of the base, right next to the stairs where you'll find Paz and rescue him. Now behind the building in trash cans you'll find another Chico's Tape.
Chico's Cassette Tape 6:
To get this sixth Chico's tape you need to navigate to east of steel tower near the barracks. There is a warehouse with red door. Get into it and you'll find Chico's tape hidden behind a shelf on the floor.
Chico's Cassette Tape 7
To obtain this seventh Chico's Tape you need to rescue a special prisoner, after completing the mission you'll get this tape.
Jamais Vu Tape
Where you start a game there is a place where you extract prisoners, near to it there is a rock on which you'll find this cassette. Use night-vision device to locate it.
Agent's Recording
Located in administration tower. Take it before completing mission's objective i.e. contacting the agent.
Classified Intel Data
Now go beneath the main base and there is a guard, you need to interrogate him twice to make him drop a cassette.
'Zone of the Enders' Cassette
Complete all missions in the Hard Level of difficulty to get this Cassette.
