How To Change GamePad Sensitivity In The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

I didn't think neither for a second I could play The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt with my keyboard and mouse, so I instantly connected the Xbox One gamepad to my PC and started to play. It was amazing, it was just like having a powerful Xbox On… err, nevermind. Anyway, I found the sensitivity wasn't right, since Geralt immediately ran as I touched the left analogue stick and the view was moving too fast with the right one. So I understood something had to be done.

Searching for a good tool on the Internet to fix this, I discovered there's no need to change my Xbox One gamepad for another, because you can change gamepad sensitivity right away, thanks to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt installed files.

Go to \My Documents\The Witcher 3\user.settings and change the following lines:

RightStickCameraSensitivity=0.5
RightStickAimSensitivity=0.3

where 1 is max and 0.1 is min. Save the file, run the game and let us know if you find a satisfying configuration for your gamepad, too.
