How to unlock Demon Snake and Demon Points in MGS V: The Phantom Pain

How to Unlock the Demon Snake and Demon Points?
Demon Points can be acquired by performing bad things like killing people instead of Fultoning them. The Horn in Snake's Head keeps on growing as you keep collecting the Demon Points. 

• There are three stages/levels of growth for The Horn
• Still couldn't find the way to count/how many have you acquired the demon points.
• To Transform Snake quickly to Demon Snake then get Nuclear Weapons on your Mother Base.
• Once you transform to Demon Snake, there will be permanent Blood-Strained(even if you shower).
