To load your lil' burlap dude up with a gazillion lives, here's what you do:

#1 - Pause the game.

#2 - Press: X, R, L, A, A, X, Y, WHITE, B, L, R, BLACK, UP, UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT

#3 - Say 'Shazam!'
There ya go, the Vincemeister now has unlimited lives.

Voodoo Vince Video Game Tips

The nice trick that you can pull off with unlimited lives is that all the items you collect stay collected, even if you die. So, with unlimited lives, you can try wacky jumps to get items in dangerous areas cuz if you mess up and lose a life, you have tons more where that came from and you don't lose the stuff you've already picked up!
