Mean Look and Bind in Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire

There is only one Pokemon in Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire that has both Mean Look and Bind. That Pokemon is Dusclops the Ghost-Type Pokemon. So, how can you get one? Well, it's different in each version of the Pokemon game! Here's how to capture Dusclops in Pokemon Ruby and in Pokemon Sapphire.

Capturing Dusclops in Pokemon Ruby for the GBA

Dusclops is easiest to capture in Pokemon Ruby. All you have to do is get to the Sky Pillar. On the first, second and fourth floor you can encounter Dusclops like any other Pokemon. Battle it and throw Pokeballs at it until you capture it!

Capturing Dusclops in Pokemon Sapphire for the GBA

It's harder to capture a Dusclops in Pokemon Sapphire because you can't encounter them randomly. You have to evolve one from a Duskull! But, there's only one place you can capture a Duskull in Pokemon Sapphire - at the top of Mt. Pyre! Go climb the mountain, find a Duskull, battle it, capture it with a Pokeball and then start levelling it up. Once it reaches Level 37 it will evolve into a Dusclops.
