Intricate 3D retro gifs of famous video game characters

Check out the awesome 3D retro gifs from deviantart artist, Cezkid, who's interests range from game design to digital art. These 3D models were created using Photoshop and Sketchup, a 3D modeling program designed for architects, civil engineers, filmmakers, game developers, and related professions. Bill Rizer from the original Contra Retro Mario in 3D - This one was easier than the contra model because Mario has no stroke. Link from Legend of Zelda Rockman a.k.a Mega Man retro 3D - I can safely say, that this one was the hardest yet. What takes the most time is the outline. I need to do a few more 8-bit characters before trying to move to 16-bit. 3D Mudkip - I wanted to do a pokemon but did not know which to do. Somebody suggested Mudkips and found out that you like them. For this model I came up with a new way of doing the outlines. Happy with the results.
