Mass Effect 3 is finally out, and despite complaints to the quality of the demo, the game itself is easily the best game BioWare has ever made, to date. The game manages to enthrall players with its gripping, and uniquely emotional narrative populated by a cast of characters with whom some players have even fallen in love with over the years. Mass Effect 3 offers the perfect end to Commander Shepard's trilogy, which began in 2007.
Despite the game's overwhelming polish, a few bugs and glitches managed to slip past the quality assurance testers in the game's release. It's no surprise that some of these bugs made it out, given the size of the game. That said, it is quite surprising that a game of this magnitude doesn't have more glitches than the few we've decided to compile.
These bugs come in all manner—and many of them are amusing.
By stumbling into the VI, Shepard earns the power of flight.
How do you escape the reapers? By busting a move across this parking lot.
This elevator sometimes stops early, allowing the player to leave through a wall you're not supposed to go through.
This glitch has Shepard walking through a wall, as it appears the developers forgot to set a boundary.
I don't think the monitors in Liara's room are supposed to do this.
Dr. Chakwas appears to be suffering from some bizarre neurosis.
Biotics. Not even once.
This player enjoys being trapped in the wall far too much.
Liara's turned into a kind of puppet in this video. This seems to happen in multiplayer for whatever reason.
Tuchanka is a planet resilient to scanning. I guess those Krogan don't want anyone getting their hands on their resources.
This particular bug locks players out of the multiplayer game by forcing them to view everything from an overhead camera.
When you load into a savegame in a battleground where the enemies are already defeated and fire a weapon, this tends to happen because Shepard isn't supposed to have a weapon equipped in some scenes.
This Turian appears to be moving around with a pair of rollerskates. It's the way of the future.
The camera doesn't always play nice with the player. Whoever uploaded this video is a whiny bastard, though.
This glitch allows you to drop out of the Citadel by walking through some unmarked barriers.
Liara and Shepard just can't stand to look at each other, but it appears they're still on speaking terms.
