Even though NBA 2K13 is a yearly iteration of a sports game, that doesn't mean it doesn't have any bugs. Speaking of bugs, we've listed some of the bugs that are in the game now. I'm not sure if these are regular occurences or one-offs, but you can see they're there. Hopefully. 2K Sports sees them and patches the ones that affect the game.
However, there is one glitch below that I'm sure hardcore 2K fans won't want to see patched. If you're struggling to earn VC in the game, then the VC points glitch might be the answer to your problems.First up, in this first video, we get to see the game's scoreboard disappearing at odd times. The only way to check the score is by pausing the game to constantly look at it.
Next one shows a video where the the player can't inbound the ball for some reason.
If you think that's weird, this next video shows the players playing without a ball. Yep, you read that right. It's like some sort of "air basketball" jamboree or something.
Finally, this might be the most legit glitch/bug in the game. It's MyCareer crashing for some odd reason. According to the comments, this happens to users playing NBA 2K13 on the 4GB Xbox 360. If you're one of those people. leave a comment and let us know.
Has any of these bugs ever happened to you? Or have you encountered worse stuff? If so, let us know in the comments. Again, we're not sure how random the bugs here occur, but they're in the game. Let's hope 2K Sports sees them (particularly the last one) and rolls a patch out quick.
There's also a glitch when it comes to Virtual Currency (VC). Currently, you can buy the 5,000 VC Pack for the price of a 2,000 VC Pack. As this video shows, the Microsoft Points price for the 5,000 VC Pack and 2,000 VC Pack are currently mixed. So, this means the 2,000 VC Pack costs 160 MS Points, while the 5,000 is priced at 80 MS Points. Not bad, no? So if you don't want to go through the "hassle" of actually paying the game to earn a ton of VC Points, you now have an alternative...provided you're willing to spend real-life currency on them, of course.
