Among the Challenge modes included into New Super Mario Bros U, Boost mode is probably the most unique, making good use of the Gamepad and allowing some multiplayer action for both Gamepad and Wiimotes. There’s no way you can play this mode by yourself: you need to cooperate with another player to be able to complete these challenges and earn the Golden Medal. Apparently though, some people have been able to complete these challenges by themselves with incredibly fast reflexes and timing, but where’s the fun in doing this? There’s also no reason to make the challenges harder than they could already be. Here’s the full rundown of the challenges, together with the required goals for Bronze, Silver and Gold medals.
