Persona 4 Golden Fusion Guide: Justice Arcana

The Justice Arcana personas in Persona 4 Golden all come with Light skills: the Hama spells are instant death spells with increased effectiveness against enemies weak to the light element. Many of the Justice personas also come with healing spells and elemental magic. Some also have decent attack power even though they’re best at magic. Here’s the full list of personas with starting levels, weaknesses and resistances, skills and fusion recipes.

• Angel

Starting from level 4, resists wind and light, weak to darkness. Skills: Garu, Patra, Hama(5), Sukukaja(6), Regenerate 1(8), Hama Boost(9). Angel can be found in Yukiko’s Castle.

• Archangel

Starts from level 11, nulls light, weak to darkness. Skills: Hama, Double Fangs, Patra, Media(12), Muzzle Shot(13), Sharp Student(14), Survive Dark(15). You can find Archangel in the Steam Bathhouse or obtain it by fusing Slime with Senri.

• Principality

Starts from level 19, nulls light, weak to darkness. Skills: Hama, Twin Shot, Mahama(21), Media(22), Resist Confuse(23), Survive Dark(24), Tetraja(25). Principality can be found in the Steam Bathhouse and Marukyu Striptease or obtained by fusing Anzu with Ippon-datara

• Power

Starts from level 27, resists fire, nulls light, weak to electricity and darkness. Skills: Hama, Tentarafoo, Mahama, Zionga(29), Power Slash(30), Hama Boost(31), Survive Dark(32), Null Confuse(33). Power can be found in the Marukyu striptease or obtained by fusing Shiisa with Lamia.

• Virtue

Starts from level 33, nulls electricity and light, weak to ice and darkness. Skills: Mahama, Garula, Posumudi, Fatal End(35), Blue Wall(37), Hama Boost(38), Resist Dark(39). Virtue can be found in the Void quest or obtained by fusing Unicorn with Lamia.

• Dominion

Starts from level 38, nulls electricity, reflects light, weak to wind and darkness. Skills: Hamaon, Zionga, Hama Boost(40), Resist Exhaust(41), Mazionga(42), Survive Dark(43), Null Dark(44). Dominion can be found in the Secret Laboratory or obtained by fusing Samael with Genbu and Shiisa.

• Throne

Starts from level 49, absorbs fire, nulls light, weak to darkness. Skills: Hamaon, Agidyne, Hama Boost, Mind Charge(51), Regenerate 2(53), Resist Dark(54), Endure Dark(55). Throne can be found in Heaven or obtained by fusing Ganesha with Mothman or Yatsufusa with Gorgon and Mithra.

• Uriel

Starts from level 66, nulls light, weak to darkness. Skills: Maragion, Hamaon, High Counter(60), Agidyne(61), Endure Dark(62), Fire Amp(63), Null Dark(64). Uriel can be found in Heaven or obtained by fusing Ganesha with Mothman or Gorgon with Mithra and Yatsufusa

• Melchizedek

Starts from level 66, nulls light, weak to darkness. Skills: Mediarahan, Hamaon, Akasha Arts, Matarukaja(68), Mahamaon(69), God’s Hand(72). Melchizedek can be found in Magatsu Mandala or obtained by fusing Kartikeya with Nidhoggr, Shiki Ouji, Hell Biker and Yatagarasu.

• Sraosha

Starts from level 74, absorbs thunder, reflects light, weak to darkness. Skills: Mahamaon, Brave Blade, Power Charge, Ziodyne(76), Hama Boost(78), Megidolaon(80), Angelic Grace(81). Sraosha can only be fused after maxing the Justice Social Link: use Vasuki with Belial.
