The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is definitely one of the most successful releases of this generation: the game managed to make the whole series more known and successful to the general public. With the game being so popular and with all the recent additions brought in by new title updates, it’s time that we cover the many aspects of the game. The amount of stuff to do in the game is truly overwhelming: adventuring and battling are only the tip of the iceberg. To truly succeed in Skyrim you will require a deep knowledge of all its gameplay elements and here we are, ready to guide you while we delve deeper in everything the game has to offer.
However before getting to the more advanced stuff we will be covering some of the basics of the game for all those who are just starting the game and are feeling a bit confused at all the gameplay options offered by Skyrim. After we’re done with the basics we will be covering everything else so that even advanced players will find something useful in these Skyrim guides.
Before creating a piece of armor or equipment, there are a few things you can do to improve the armor you’re about to create. Make sure you have around 4 Grand Soul gems, a helmet, clothes, a ring and a necklace. Find an enchanting table and use the enchanting ability to enchant all the items we have listed and use a gem on each one. Once you’re done, start smithing and you’ll receive the best armor rating possible for the armor you have just created. This is the best way to get high quality equipment while conserving some useful resources.
This one may seem so obvious but there are a few times when you feel so lazy to simply pass over an enemy you have just defeated instead of checking the items in his possession. Many enemies may have some good items in their inventory so make sure to check all the corpses you encounter in your travels: you may be pleasantly surprised, especially considering that it doesn’t cost you anything to check out all the nice corpses you’ll end up making during the course of the game.
