Each time you get a Boss Souls in Dark Souls 2, you have a choice of what to do with it. You can consume it to acquire more souls, or you can trade it to a specific NPC to receive a powerful weapon. Following on from our previous article on how to get the Boss Soul weapons in Dark Souls 2, here we’ll detail exactly which Boss Souls can be traded to which Boss Souls trader, and the weapons you will receive in return.
Each Boss Soul will yield a different weapon, or in some cases choice of weapons. Some can also be traded with either Straid or Ornifex, giving you additional choice on which Boss Souls are worth keeping and which are better off being traded.
