Machine Enemies

11. Drone
The Nazis in Wolfenstein: The New Order will use drones to spy on areas, and you, from afar. Although it isn’t an immediate danger to you, destroying it should be a priority. The drone’s speed and long distance accuracy can set you back, but with weak armor you’ll be able to ground it easily.

12. Guard Robot
The Guard Robot can be a challenge to take down, but if you know the weak spots you’re already half way there. The guard robot has a small red eye, which you should aim at to blind them momentarily. The best place for you to shoot however is on the guard robot’s back, so you must attack it before the drone spots you or while it’s disabled. The round light on the guard robot’s upper back is very weak; shoot it with energy weapons if you have them.

13. Panzerhund
A swift killing machine on four feet, the panzerhund is a robot dog that is set to destroy. Do not let your guard down around this Wolfenstein: The New Order enemy as its jaw can bite through anything, even a helicopter. The best way to handle a panzerhund is to shoot it with lasers and keep moving fast.

14. Heavy Robot
Whether you see it or hear the cannons fire first, the heavy robot is something you’ll learn to dread. As a heavy class military robot, the heavy robot is loaded with lethal superlaser cannons alongside protective steel. When coming face to face with this Wolfenstein: The New Order enemy, use the LaserKraftWerk or an assault rifle plus Tesla grenades.

15. Balitisches Auge
Also referred to as ‘The Stomper”, you encounter the Balitisches Auge quickly in Wolfenstein: The New Order. Aim your attacks at its eye, the round forward facing lense towards the top of the robot, when trying to shoot it down.

16. Herr Faust
It may share its name with a classic and historical German literature, but the Wolfenstein: The New Order Herr Faust casts a very different image. The Herr Faust’s original purpose is to guard labor camps and terrify prisoners, but in the course of the game you get the chance to change that.

17. Zeppelin
You’ll spot this enemy aircraft throughout your campaign against the Nazis, but you will have to take on two yourself in the final mission of the game.

Wolfenstein: The New Order Bosses

18. London Monitor
Imagine the Baltisches Auge enemy super sized and mechanically upgraded, you’ll start to get an idea of what the London Monitor Wolfenstein: The New Order boss has in store for you. You will still need to attack the robot’s eye, as you did with the Balitisches Auge, however the London Monitor’s eye charges for a beam attack which is when you really need to destroy it. When you manage to shoot the London Monitor’s eye it will reveal six missiles and you should definitely shoot one, if not two. Once you’ve taken out all of the missiles, the London Monitor will unveil its engine under the rotating turrets. Position yourself below the robot and shoot up at the engine to destroy this Wolfenstein: The New Order enemy.

19. Prototype Robot
However nasty it may be, the fact that this Wolfenstein: The New Order boss is controlled by a brain is your advantage. When it comes to approaching this boss your weapons will be taken away and you must defeat it with grenades and your bare hands. Use the grenades to disable the machine, then have Blazkowicz separate the brain from the machine. You determine who the operator is, who will you make do it?

20. Deathshead
Don’t slip into the ideal thought that your first encounter with Wilhelm Strasse, better known as Deathshead, was your last. After you get away from him, Deathshead has a lot of trouble in store for you as your play through Wolfenstein: The New Order to overpower the Nazis. The game’s main antagonist also acts as your final boss of the game, be ready to face him for a second time in his Poland compound.
