Skill Points Collection Guide

Your Notoriety Level is one essential part of the Watch Dogs experience. Another one, possibly even more important, is the Skill Points System. Starting your time as Aiden Pearce, you’ll receive a smartphone that is capable of hacking the city of Chicago. That’s pretty cool. But what’s even better than that is what it can do once you upgrade it. Check out our Watch Dogs Skills Guides, they include Hacking Skills, Combat Skills and Driving & Crafting Skills. Before you start dreaming of the immense abilities you’ll gather through playing Watch Dogs, remember that you need to earn the Skill Points first before you spend them in the Watch Dogs Skill Tree.

There are a total of 137 Skill Points to earn throughout Watch Dogs. We’ll be the first to admit that sounds like a lot, but our guide will make this mountain look like a molehill. The first and biggest Watch Dogs Skill Points tip we can give you anticipating gamers is that 96 of the 137 obtainable Skill Points are earned by progressing through Aiden’s levels in the game. The highest level Aiden can attain is 50. Now those of you who are good at Math will quickly realize there are more Skill Points obtained than levels. The Skill Point to level ratio is as follows. You’ll earn a single Skill Point for leveling up from level 1 to 10. From level 11 to level 44 you will gain 2 Skill Points per level up in Watch Dogs. The final 6 level ups, which are levels 45 to 50, will reward you with 3 Skill Points per progression. Totaling 96. For quick reference, the table below displays this information.

Levels 1 to 10 get you 1 Skill Point each
Levels 11 to 44 get you 2 Skill Points each
Levels 45 to 50 get you 3 Skill Points each
