Curious about the character creation suite in Bethesda Softworks’ Fallout 4? Well, with the game having launched on the Xbox One, PS4 and PC, a lot of gamers are already creating their own devilishly handsome, demurely beautiful characters. However, if you want to see what the character creation is like before you put your hard earned money into Bethesda’s coffers, there are some character creation video guides available.

YouTuber FluffyNinjaLlama does a complete character breakdown covering the eyes, nose, mouth, chin, body builds, eye-liner, eye shadow, lipstick, freckles, blemishes, facial hair and hair-styles present in Fallout 4‘s character creation tool. You can check out the 22 minute video below covering both males and female custom characters. And yes, you can make black, white, Asian, Hispanic and middle-eastern characters.

The character creation utility has a lot of different options available. The hair, eye, nose and lip selections rival or beat out what’s been featured in games like GTA V and Saints Row IV.

The little comments that the characters make as they’re being made are both funny and relevant. It also helps that both voice actors give subtle and sincere performances to help make the dialogue pop, especially when picking over-the-top features or turning a character into a freak monstrosity.

You can also modify more than just the character’s faces and hair. You can also change their body types… making them either skinny or fat or fit or muscled.
