Another year brings us another Assassin's Creed, and another Assassin's Creed means a ton of new collectibles to ferret out and snag. This time around, the developers' ambitious have been scaled back a little; instead of flags, feathers and Glyph or Cluster puzzles, we have 100 Animus Data Fragments to hunt down, and 10 pages of memoirs by deceased Ottoman vizier Ishak Pasha.
Collecting the former is vital to opening up Desmond's memories on Animus Island (although you only need 30 to see them all), as well as netting the Capped Achievement/Trophy. The Pasha pages, meanwhile, will unlock an entirely new challenge level and the coolest suit of armor in the game. In either case, you know you want them all - that's why we're here to help you find them with maps and screenshots pointing you to each one.

At the northwest corner of the map, you'll find your first Fragment on a pole above a little enclosed courtyard.
Head south of where you found the first fragment, along Galata's western wall, and the next one will be waiting for you on top of a pole jutting out of the water.
The next Fragment is due east of the last one, on the eastern side of the wall below:
To grab it, use the staircase pictured below to start climbing.
You'll find this Fragment on a little chimney to the southwest of Galata Tower.
This one's a straight shot southeast from Fragment 4, clearly visible on an awning. You'll actually pass this one early in the story, when Yusuf teaches you to use the hookblade.
Head up the street northeast of the last Fragment, and you'll find this one on the rooftops, atop another little chimney.
Head northwest, over the wall adjoining Galata Tower, and you'll find the next Fragment sitting on top of a signpost:
This one's a tricky bastard. You can see it if you're looking at Galata Tower's eastern face, on an isolated platform. There are no clear means to climb up to it, and trying to drop down onto it from above just results in a Leap of Faith into a waiting haystack.
Reaching it is simpler than it looks, though; just climb up Galata Tower's north face until you're sure you're well above the platform. This is a pretty good stopping place:
Now, leap off to the east and deploy Ezio's parachute. After that, it's just a matter of floating down to the platform without overshooting it.
Head southeast of Galata Tower, and you'll see the next Fragment on top of another chimney, just west of a bank.
Head over to the northeastern edge of Galata, and you'll see the next Fragment on top of an archway, next to a couple of rickety non-roofs.
To find Galata's last Fragment, head to the lighthouse at the southeastern corner of the district. You'll know you've found the right one if it looks like this.
Climb up to the top, and you'll be stopped by an impassable fence. No problem, though; just inch around the ledge until you see the next Fragment on a tiny outcropping beneath you. Drop down, and it's yours.

You'll find this one in the Janissary camp between the Fatih and Gul mosques. The easiest way in is through the south entrance, which will annoy the shit out of the sentries.
Ifnore them and clamber up the guard tower pointed out in the above image. You'll find the next fragment sitting on top of it.
This one's near the top of a minaret just northeast of the Fatih Mosque. Climb up to the second balcony to grab it.
This one's much easier to find, although you may end up having to fight a patrol or two of guards after you've grabbed it. It's sitting in plain sight in the courtyard of the Fatih Mosque.
Just southeast of the last Fragment is the northwestern edge of the Valens Aqueduct. Climb up to where the arrow's indicating to grab the next Fragment.
You'll find the next one a short jog southwest from the Fatih Mosque, at the very top of the nearby Assassin Den.
Keep heading southwest, and you'll see this building:
Climb up to its roof, and you'll find the next Fragment on top of this dome:
Head over to the little canal that divides the north and south districts. At its mouth, along the district's outer wall, you'll see the next Fragment. Hop up there and grab it.
This one's a little tricky; while it counts as part of the northern district's tally, the easiest way to grab it is to head across the canal into the southern district and find this zipline (see the map image below for reference):
Once you do, latch on and you'll grab the next Fragment as you're sliding down.
The next one's just under the lip of the Column of Marcian, on its southeastern face:
Constantine North's final Fragment is at the northern end of the Forum of the Ox, on the ruined column-thing shown below:

Head back to the district's western wall and follow it south until you descend a big staircase into the map area pictured below. Climb up on the nearest roof, and you'll find the next Fragment on this ledge:
After grabbing Fragment 1, turn and look southeast until you see this building, with the three big archways. The next Fragment's sitting on the middle one.
Look northeast from Fragment 2, and you'll see a mosque-looking building next to a Viewpoint. Fragment 3 is floating above its highest dome.
Southeast of Fragment 3's location, you'll find the next Fragment suspended on a clothesline over a courtyard that's home to a group of Romanies.
Due east of a bookshop and just south of a medical shop, you'll find the next Fragment on the dome of yet another mosque-looking building.
This Fragment's relatively easy to find, seeing as it's at the top of the tower of Constantine South's Assassin Den.
The next Fragment is visible from street level, and sits in an alley just northeast of a bank.
Head back toward the western wall. A short distance south of the Romani headquarters and northwest of the Arcadius tunnel entrance, you'll find the next Fragment in the corner of a recessed courtyard.
A block or two southwest of Fragment 8, you'll see the next Fragment on an outcropping sticking out of the western wall.
To get there, climb up to the roofs opposite the Fragment and use the hookblade to swing across on that dangling plant hanger, or whatever it is.
Head southeast from the last Fragment, and you'll see the next one in the middle of a walled graveyard, on the slightly raised, column-ringed platform shown below:
From Fragment 10, head south and slightly east to the southwestern corner of the city. Here, you'll find Constantine South's final Fragment on top of a pillar near the southern wall.

At the northwestern edge of the docks, you’ll see a partially drydocked green-and-white boat. The Fragment you’re after is hiding on the eastern side of its stern.
From the Fragment 1 boat, turn and look a little distance to the east. You’ll find the next Fragment on top of this building:
Directly south of Fragment 2 (but still in sight of the river), you’ll see this fortress-looking tower:
Climb up there and claim your Fragment from the battlements:
Almost directly east of the tower above (and just northwest of a bank) is a mosque with a tall minaret. The next Fragment can be found atop its dome.
From where you grabbed the last Fragment, head some distance south to the Thieves’ headquarters (and ignore the Fragments showing up to the east for now, because they’re in a different district).
Climb up to the roof of Thief HQ, and you’ll find the next Fragment.
Due west of the Thieves’ headquarters, a short distance north of the Bayezid Mosque and just southeast of the Zeyrek Mosque, you’ll find the next Fragment on top of a freestanding column near two stone stairways. Climb the nearest building and jump over to grab it.
A couple blocks west of the Zeyrek Mosque, you’ll find the building pictured below. Climb its latter to claim your next prize.
Fragment 8 can be found on one of the columns on the promenade in front of (which is to say northwest of) the Bayezid Mosque.
This one’s pretty easy to find; just head onto the roof of the Bayezid Mosque.
Once there, climb the spire on top of its central dome, and you’ll find the Fragment at the top.
Just to the west of the Bayezid Mosque is a dome-covered building that looks like a fenced courtyard on the map. The Fragment can be found floating over its northeastern face.
Head west from the dome-covered building where you found Fragment 10, and you’ll find this building, just southwest of a bookshop and a doctor:
Climb up to its roof and look for the next Fragment next to the lip of its dome, on the western edge.
This one’s at the southeastern edge of the Valens Aqueduct. Climb up the nearby scaffold to get close to it.

At the southwestern edge of the Forum of the Ox (just west of its icon on the map, actually), you’ll find this Fragment hovering above the freestanding column pictured below. To reach it, climb onto the pillars across from it and jump over.
The next Fragment is on this tallish building, just southwest of the district’s Assassin den:
Climb up onto its roof, and the next Fragment is yours.
This one’s a short distance south of the last Fragment, on the roof of another domed building next to a minaret.
A little northeast of the Arsenal tunnel entrance, you’ll find the next Fragment on the roof of this tallish building:
This Fragment’s on top of yet another domed building, this time a short distance southeast of the Bayezid Camii tunnel entrance and close to a doctor.
Head a short distance southeast of Fragment 5’s location, and you’ll find this one on top of (sigh) yet another dome next to yet another minaret.
NOTE: If you’ve been following our guide exactly up to this point, you should now have 50 Data Fragments, which triggers the automatic exposure of every remaining data fragment on the map. Nevertheless, we’re going to soldier through and reveal the rest, just in case.
The domes just keep on coming, but there’s no minaret near this Fragment, which you’ll find a short distance southwest from Fragment 6.
You’ll find the next Fragment hovering above one of the archways in the building just east of the Little Hagia Sophia.
Head over to the southeastern face of the Little Hagia Sophia and climb up to the roof. The next Fragment is on top of the spire pictured below:
Midway between the Arsenal and the South Port tunnel entrance sits a round fortress tower; on its flagpole rests another Data Fragment. Approach it from the rooftops to its north to snag this one.
Head west along the city wall from Fragment 10, and you’ll see this squarish, squat-looking tower:
Climb up onto it and look behind its battlements, and you’ll find the last Fragment that Bayezid South’s been hiding.

A little bit south of the pier and just northeast of a bookshop, you’ll find this Fragment floating above an archway:
A short jog southeast of the last Fragment and north of the Thieves’ headquarters, you’ll find the next Fragment on a pole jutting out from the building below:
From Fragment 2’s location, head northeast, back toward the docks, and you’ll find this Fragment sitting on a pole jutting out the side of this huge wall:
Head south from Fragment 3, and the next Fragment will be waiting on a wall-pole, just above the bookshop that’s under this rickety-looking roof-thing:
About a block or so east of Fragment 4, north of a doctor and a faction building and south of a tailor, you’ll find the next Data Fragment sitting on top of this signpost:
To grab this Fragment, you’ll have to venture into the restricted area that is Topkapi Palace. (Technically this one’s outside of the Imperial District, but the game counts it for Imperial North just the same.) You’ll find it on a window ledge along the northwestern face of the palace.
The next couple Fragments can be found out in front of the Hagia Sophia. To grab the first one, scale the minaret at the northern corner of the building’s courtyard. The Fragment can be seen gleaming from its top spire.
The second Hagia Sophia Data Fragment is practially a gimme, as you’ll find it at the center of the landmark’s courtyard, sitting on top of a gazebo.
Just east of the Hagia Sophia is Sofia Sartor’s shop. The Fragment is around its back, sitting on a beam jutting out from the western side of the building’s northern face.
Look directly south across the square from Sofia’s shop, and you’ll see the next Fragment floating above an awning. Run and grab it.
Imperial North’s final fragment can be found in the Grand Bazaar; enter from the southeast, and run west until you see it perched on this archway’s support beam:

A few blocks northwest of the Hippodrome, you’ll find the district’s first Fragment on a wooden platform jutting out of this building:
Head east toward the Hippodrome, and you’ll find the next Fragment a short distance northeast of the landmark. Look for it hidden on a beam behind a tree with purple blossoms, just above a group of mercenaries.
Just south of the Hippodrome, across the square, you’ll find the next fragment on top of the archway pictured below:
Head even further south, toward the docks, and the next Fragment will be waiting on the south side of the city wall, just above an archway.
A little northeast of Fragment 4, the next Fragment is laying between two rooftops.
Head further northeast from Fragment 5, and keep looking upward. Pretty soon you’ll see the next Fragment on a rope suspended over the street.
Northwest of where you found the last Fragment, you’ll be able to grab the next one from on top of this archway, near a blacksmith’s shop.
Head a short distance east from Fragment 7’s location, and you’ll stumble across a Viewpoint tower. The Fragment’s up at the very top.
Fragment 9 hides behind a tree just east of the Forum of Constantine, on a beam next to a covered walkway.
The next Fragment can be found just south of the Hagia Sophia, on a rope suspended near a plaza.
Imperial South’s final fragment sits at the southern corner of the Hagia Sophia, on top of one of the cathedral/mosque/museum’s minarets.

After entering the Arsenal from its eastern gate, head northwest to find a smallish courtyard. The Fragment can be found under the eaves of this building:
Take a short jog to the northwest, and the next Fragment will be on a wooden platform suspended by a crane.
DID YOU LIKE THAT LAST WOODEN PLATFORM SUSPENDED BY A CRANE!? Well, hold on to your butts, because this one’s on a BIGGER platform, suspended by a BIGGER crane. You can find it dockside, southwest of Fragment 2.
Continue southwest from that crane, and hop into the under-construction boat skeleton. The Fragment’s just sitting there, waiting.
A little northwest of the last Fragment, you’ll find the next one sitting on a ledge above a bay window.
Head straight north from Fragment 5, and this one can clearly be seen just sort of floating above this alleyway:
Head west along the Arsenal’s wall, and the next Fragment is suspended over an arched gate out of the district. Swing across that pole to grab it.
Keep heading southwest along the wall. In the shadow of its next bend, you’ll be able to see Fragment 8 floating above a wooden ledge on the north face of a building.
Southeast of the last Fragment is a huge galleon sitting in the water, next to the top of a zipline. You’ll find Fragment 9 hiding from view at its stern.
Keep heading east across the water from the galleon, and you’ll find another big ship. This time, the Fragment’s exactly where you’d think it would be, which is to say at the top of one of its masts (the one on the western side, specifically). Climb up there.
If you’re not sure how to get all the way up, remember that you can climb up the rope rigging around the crow’s nest.
From the ship, get back onto dry land by heading east. Arsenal’s final Fragment is just across from the dock, in the rafters of this barn-like building:

The first Fragment in Cappadocia’s easy to find; just before you enter the cave complex, hang a left and then turn left again. The shiny thing can be found in a little clearing.
Fragment 2’s pretty easy to snag; immediately after entering Cappadocia proper, head down the ramp past the guards and investigate the little building whose doorway faces toward the cave entrance. The Fragment’s just through the door.
Near the southeastern corner of Cappadocia is an inaccessible (at first) area walled off by a wooden fence. The next Fragment is in a corner to the right of its gate.
From Fragment 3, head west along the southern wall of the complex. The next Fragment’s in the shadow of a rickety wooden structure, under an awning.
Directly southwest of Fragment 4 is a big, adobe-looking building overlooking the complex. Climb it.
On its roof, in a corner, you’ll find your next prize.
Continue west and then south to find Cappadocia’s only bookstore. In addition to some rare volumes you won’t find elsewhere, it’s also the best and only place to snag Fragment 6, which sits on its roof.
Trudge north from Fragment 6 for a little ways until you reach the little square where there’s a crowd watching a fight during the second Cappadocia mission. Just around the corner from said crowd is the next Data Fragment.
West and slightly north of the last Fragment, you’ll find this one on a ledge overlooking a sloped walkway, right across from a huge, ramshackle wooden roof.
On the western edge of the cave complex is a tunnel leading to an isolated area, and this Fragment can be found suspended above said tunnel entrance, to the north. The easiest way to reach it is by climbing up the structure just south of the entrance and running across the tightrope to claim your prize.
This one’s pretty simple; head into the tunnel we just mentioned and, when it empties into a large chamber, drop down and turn to face the room’s southeastern corner. The next Fragment’s there, waiting.
Leave the tunnel and head northeast, following the cave complex’s north wall until you see this Fragment sitting on an elevated walkway/shop roof, west of a doctor.
The final Animus Data Fragment looks like a challenge to get to, but in reality it’s pretty simple. First, locate it southeast of the Fragment 11, nestled on a high platform near the cave ceiling.
To get up to it, head to the massive rock tower at the center of the cave (the one that you climbed as a Viewpoint on first arriving to Cappadocia). Start climbing.
At the top, you’ll see this rope “bridge” leading to some wooden platforms jutting out of the north wall of the cave. Head on over there.
From the platform, the Fragment will be in view. Slide down the zipline and work your way northwest, and it – and the Capped Achievement/Trophy – will be yours at last.
If you thought the 20G Achievement/Bronze Trophy was something of a huge anticlimax after all that work, take heart: the next set of collectibles is a hell of a lot easier to track down, and the payoff for doing so is much, much cooler.

This one’s pretty easy; hell, you’ve probably already gotten it by accident. All you have to do is climb to the very top of Galata Tower, and you’ll find it sitting atop the spire.
Just between the Gul Mosque and the fenced Janissary camp (it’s east of the Fatih Mosque in the North Constantine District, in case you’re not sure) is a walkway that leads through a somewhat ruined fortress wall. The next page can be found at the top of the stairs pictured below:
Head over to the Fatih Mosque’s northwestern tower, and get ready to do some climbing.
The page can be found near the top of the tower, sitting on the second balcony by a chest.
This one’s just north of the open plaza where the Romani like to hang out in the South Constantine District, and it hides just behind a seemingly impassable grate, to the left.
To reach it, just climb up and over the grate, and you’ll be able to access the tunnel it’s guarding from the other side.
To find this one, seek out the biggest building in the southwestern corner of the map (in the South Constantine District), which you can find due south of the Arcadius tunnel entrance. It looks like this:
Climb up to its roof, and you’ll find the page near its northern edge, next to a stack of books.
To get this one, you’ll have to head to the Arsenal District, specifically its northwestern edge. Look for a blue-painted barnlike building nestled against the wall.
Head inside the building and look up to the rafters. The next page is there, waiting for you.
Head over to the Little Hagia Sophia in the South Bayezid District, and get ready to do some climbing.
The page can be found, unsurprisingly, on top of the mosque’s central spire.
To find this one, visit the Bayezid Mosque in the North Bayezid District. Climb up its northeastern tower.
At the top, you’ll find the page you seek – and get a nice view of your surroundings.
Finding this one couldn’t be simpler; just clamber onto the roof of the North Imperial District’s Grand Bazaar, and head for its central dome. The next page is there for the taking.
The final memoir page – and you probably will want to make this the final one, just for convenience’s sake – can be found on the tower at the eastern corner of the Hagia Sophia.
Above: For reference, this is Ezio standing on the roof of the Hagia Sophia, looking directly east
Climb up there, and you’ll find the final page waiting on the floor of the balcony.
Now, not only will you score the Worth A Thousand Words Achievement/Trophy (20G/Bronze), but you’ll open Revelations’ secret area: a challenge level set within the Hagia Sophia itself. Finish it, and you’ll gain access to the tomb of Ishak Pasha – and, more importantly, you’ll get Pasha’s imposing, masked suit of armor as a trophy. Enjoy!
Above: Note that the armor is not actually bulletproof, no matter what the game tells you
