Angry Birds Friends Unofficial Guide by Mongoose General for
Angry Birds Friends is Rovio's attempt to take Facebook by storm in the same way that it has captured the hearts of millions of portable gamers across the world with its Angry Birds games. As you would expect, Angry Birds Friends follows the same lines as the regular game - essentially flinging birds into a variety of materials, aiming to destroy the evil pigs within (which have a habit of cruelly stealing the birds' eggs!). Red Bird: Crowns: Sling Scope: This is the oldest episode available on Angry Birds Friends, having launched with the game. It is based on a beach theme, with the Birds' eggs having been stolen by Pigs. Much Like Surf and Turf, this is a beach themed set of levels. This is the first episode of Angry Birds. As you may have guessed, the Birds have lost their eggs... Level 2-1: Level 3-1: These levels follow on from Poached Eggs, and is more of a classic Angry Birds set of levels. Level 5-1: Golden Eggs are essentially 'Easter Eggs' that you may find while exploring the Angry Birds Friends levels. The used to be regular easter eggs, but have since been re-painted in a fetching gold color. Each egg, once you find it, opens up a new level for you to try to perfect. Below is a guide to where to find these eggs, as well as tips for the resulting Golden Egg levels:
Birds
This is the basic Angry Bird. It fires straight, and is relatively weak against most obstacles. Still, you can use it to take out any remaining pigs and knock down lighter structures. It's the famous bird that is often the figurehead for the Angry Birds franchise.
Blue Bird:
The Blue Bird is actually a trio of birds. In game, they launch as one bird and split into three in middair upon a click. The Blue Bird is very effective against glass/ice, but weak against stone. They are good for blanketing an area and destroying a group of pigs or obstacles when aiming precisely is difficult. Note that you can also split the group just before an object to deal much greater damage over a much smaller area.
Yellow Bird:
Yellow Birds have a special rush ability. This basically means they increase in speed when you click after take-off. The Yellow Bird basically continues in a straight line from wherever it is when you click. This means that you can get some serious speed before hitting a target, and thus deal the greatest amount of damage possible. Because of this speed, Yellow Birds are very effective against layers of wood. They are weak against stone and ineffective against ice, however.
Black Bird:
Black Bird, also know as Bomb, does what the latter name suggests. Basically, once Black Bird hits an object, he will glow red and soon explode. You can also trigger this explosion before it happens naturally by clicking the screen. It is possible to use the Black Bird either to blow up pigs and objects, or merely to move them to positions that are more tactically convenient. Black Bird is stronger than most other Birds, being able to penetrate stone structures if you aim straight at them. Remember, however, that once you hit an object, the detination action will occur.
White Bird:
This bird lays eggs when you click. These eggs will then explode, either upon impact, or when you click. White Bird itself is actually fairly weak, and its eggs lack the oomph of the Black Bird's explosion. Remember that you can use the eggs to propel the White Bird itself further up into the air, changing its trajectory or aiming for hard-to-reach structures.
Boomerang Bird:
As the name suggests, the Boomerang Bird's key feature is its ability to swerve in middair, coming back towards the slingshot that it was launched from. As soon as you click the screen, you activate the Boomerang Bird's special ability. This means you can fire the Bird over obstacles and then, while it is on its way down, activate the Boomerang and bring it through caverns, tunnels and under other obstacles to reach some otherwise difficult pigs. There are some areas where the Boomerang Bird is the only Bird capable of landing an attack. In terms of materials, the Boomerang Bird is effective against WOod and Glass/Ice, but not against Stone.
Mighty Eagle:
The Mighty Eagle has to be purchased and can then be used one time. It is the strongest of all the Birds, and is effectively a free pass for that particular level.
Big Brother Bird:
The attack of the Big Brother Bird, or Terrence, is basically the same as that of the Red Bird, except much more devastating and powerful. It is able to penetrate through a block of stone, as well as all other obstacles.
Getting Started
You can earn Crowns on each level depending on whether you are the best out of all your friends, in terms of performance, on that particular level. If you are, you will receive a golden crown. If you are second, you are given a smaller, silver crown, while third place amongst your friends earns you a bronze crown. This is an extra incentive to keep playing and to try to beat your friends scores.
Bird-O-Matic:
The Bird-O-Matic is a tool that you can use to customize your game's avatar. You can add items such as hats and other accessories, and generally make a bird that fits your personality, and makes it stand out among your friends.
Angry Birds Shop:
The Angry Birds Shop is an option in the menu which lets you buy power-ups to assist you in your quest through the game, or to give to other players as gifts. You can purchase all of the items detailed below in the Power-Ups section, as well as the Mighty Eagle, if you've earned the chance to use it, and an All-in-One Bundle.
This bundle essentially includes all of the power-ups in one convenient package, and is useful for priming yourself for any potentially tricky situations. Everything you can by in the shop costs Facebook Credits, though you can earn most of it through playing the game's levels.
Power-ups
The Sling Scope gives you a preview of where your bird is going to go before you throw it. This saves you from wasting the more important birds and allows you to prioritise crucial shots. Use it if you are running out of birds or simply have to make the next shot.
Birdquake:
As the name suggests, the Birdquake shakes the ground all around the level, causing Pigs to move in a small space and for their structures to collapse around them. This is a good power-up to use if there are lots of pigs protected by structures, as it may well shake you a route through to them. You can also use it to dislodge pigs from tricky positions, as it does directly affect them.
Super Seeds:
This makes the bird on the slingshot much bigger and thus much stronger. If, for example, you have a stone wall you need to get through, you should consider using Super Seeds to increase your bird's potency and hopefully get through in just one shot.
King Sling:
The King Sling upgrades your slingshot to provide you with greater power and speed. Use it to reach targets more easily i.e. without having to take the arc of the shot into account so much, or to travel over greater distances.
Mighty Eagle:
The Mighty Eagle is included here as well as in the Birds section, as it functions in much the same way as a power-up. It can only be used a limited number of times, and future uses have to be purchased or earned through playing the game.
Surf and Turf
Level 1:
This level is very straightforward. You are given a Red Bird to start - just fire it at the lower of the two wooden planks supporting the main tower. If you're lucky, the bird should rebound into the wooden structure below, while taking out the Pig in the tower itself.
Level 2:
This is another easy one - just fire the Blue Bird at the smaller pig wearing glasses. As it's a Blue Bird you are using, you should click to split him up near the glass section - this gets you maximum points and should assist with taking out both pigs on this level.
Level 3:
You will need multiple birds for this level. With the first, destroy the wooden beam holding up the bottom of the structure (the diagonal beam). With the next bird, aim for the center of the remaining structure.
Level 4:
You can manufacture a satisfying end to this level by aiming the first Red Bird two wooden planks above the TNT that you will see towards the right hand of the structure. Bounce it off the wood and it will drop onto the TNT and should see you through the level.
Level 5:
Take a good look at this level. See where the stack of TNT is? You should notice a couple of wooden walls which you can aim a single Yellow Bird through to detonate the TNT and take out the whole level with a single attack.
Level 6:
Zooming out should be the first thing you do on this level (and most levels, actually). To the far right you should see some boulders held up by a single wooden plank. Use your first Yellow Bird to hit that wooden plank and send the boulders crashing down to take down pigs and part of the structure. Next, fire the Blue Bird into the glass that is holding up the lower left hand of the structure. This will cause the rest of it to collapse.
Level 7:
This is a simple level which just takes a bit of thinking about. Use the Red Bird to damage the upper section of the stone wall - you can't go above it. Having weakened the wall, you can then send a single Bomb Bird through that particular section and it will explode right in the middle of the pigs.
Level 8:
Level 8 is tricky to do with a single Bird, but it is possible. Send the Black Bird skimming over the head of the first pig. You are aiming for the lower left support of the central structure. You need it to impact and for the structure to fall to the left, taking out the first pig with the collateral damage.
Level 9:
Use a high trajectory on this level to land in between the two tower-structures on top of the hill. The Bomb Bird will explode, taking both towers out and collecting the first pig down the hill with the aftermath.
Level 10:
Fire the first White Bird just above level and drop its egg as you pass over the second pig. This should take out that pig, and send the Bird into the structure above and to the right. You can then use whatever tactic you find easiest on the remaining pigs - dropping an egg bomb on them from above is a straightforward way to finish them off while taking out more of the structure.
Level 11:
For this level, aim the Blue Bird towards the pig at the far left of the structure. Detonate so that you take out as much of the glass structure as possible. Ideally, you will now only be left with one pig, which you can despatch by dropping a White Bird's egg bomb on the TNT to the right of the structure.
Level 12:
This is another one-bird level. Fire the yellow bird at the second stone beam from the left-hand side of the structure. To reiterate, from the solid land pointing diagonally up from left to right you have one stone beam, then one wooden block, then another stone beam. It is this second beam that you want to aim for. Hit it flush on and it should collapse into the level, taking everything else out.
Level 13:
To the far right side of this level you will see a pig in a stone room. Aim your first Red Bird over this pig, cutting the rope that is stopping it from tumbling into the other pigs below. Once all the carnage has subsided, you should be left with four pigs remaining. Notice the next tower along which is also held up with rope. Aim your second bird, which should be a Blue Bird, at the glass structure to the left - split it just before and the debris should carry down to cut the rope of the final two pigs.
Level 14:
Although you start this level with a White Bird, the most effective way to pass with only one throw is not to use its egg bomb. Instead, aim at the pig in sunglasses on the first structure on this level. Because the White Bird is heavier having not laid its egg, the additional force should bring down the first structure, taking out the TNT and sending debris to the right to finish off the rest.
Level 15:
Send your Red Bird into the bottom of the large tower to the right of this level. The tower should hopefully collapse to the left, taking out all of the structure below, except for that dastardly helmet-pig and perhaps a few of his cohorts. Use the Yellow Bird to slam into the structure supporting the helmetted pig to take him out (you should be aiming for the wooden plank directly to its left).
Level 16:
Using your Blue Bird, send it in a high arc so that it is coming down just over the glass in the center of the main structure on this level. You should see a series of glass blocks making a 'T' shape - aim for that. Split the bird a little way up so that the spread of damage is larger. You should then be left with two pigs - a long way apart from each other! The tactic here is to use the White Bird - drop its egg bomb above the first pig. The explosion will ricochet the bird itself up and into the remaining pig up high. You only need to hit part of the tower and you should be able to take it out.
Level 17:
Fire the Yellow Bird into the bottom of the first tower. Hopefully the debris will fall to the right and take out one of the two pigs in the center of the level. The White Bird you should aim just above the middle of the level and drop its egg bomb roughly where the first pig in the valley section was (where you now may have one remaining). You are trying to use the egg bomb to ricochet the bird up and into the boulders on the cliff-edge in the top-right hand corner of the level. These boulders will drop and should take out all of the remaining pigs.
Level 18:
This is a nice, easy level. Simply send the first Boomerang Bird up over the structure and activate its boomerang feature so that it curls round and back into the bottom of the structure, causing it to collapse and taking out the pigs within.
Level 19:
Send the Boomerang Bird up high and get it to boomerang into the right-hand side of the structure. Use the Yellow Bird, which rips through wooden obstacles, to take out the last few pigs. If you aim at the pig on the far left, the debris should carry to the next one along.
Level 20:
For this level, send your first Blue Bird at the central glass block on the first tower. Split it just beforehand so that you take out as much of it as possible. The Bomb Bird doesn't take much thinking about - just lob it at the center of the rest of the pigs - the mess of stones should move around sufficiently to take out all of the remaining pigs.
Level 21:
Aim for the right-hand structure, specifically targeting the second supporting wooden square of it. The building will collapse and should hopefully get rid of the majority of the pigs in the middle of the level. For the left-hand tower, fire a Blue Bird at it, splitting it before it hits the glass for maximum impact. This should rid you of the rest of the pigs.
Level 22:
On this level, aim for the boulder sitting on top of the pig in the glass square to the right. You want to hit it on the left so that the boulder drops to the right and rolls into the big, ugly pig below. Use the glass-breaking Blue Bird on the two remaining pigs, aiming for the left-most one first - the debris should take care of the other one.
Level 23:
This is a tough level but it is possible with just one pig. Split the Blue Bird almost as soon as you fire it. You want one of the birds to hit the bottom piece of glass in the structure, and another to hit the next piece up. The structure should collapse and take out all of the pigs.
Level 24:
Notice the cute pig bouncing up and down on the pile of boulders, held up by ropes on this level. Aim your first bird at these ropes to use the boulders to take out some of the pigs below. Next, use a White Bird and its egg bomb ability to ricochet up into the bottom of the higher structure. You should be aiming to send this structure collapsing into the valley below, to finish off any remaining pigs.
Level 25:
Using the Blue Bird, split it so that it hits the first glass block on the left side of the structure. Tidy up any remaining pigs using a Red Bird - hitting just to the left of the right-most pig (aim for the stone block) next to it.
Level 26:
Split the Blue Bird just before it hits the wooden beam above the first glass section to take out most of the left-hand structure. Send the White Bird so that it is almost going to land onto the mass of glass bricks in the center of this level. Drop its egg bomb just before you hit the structure so that you ricochet into the right-hand tower. Use the Yellow Bird to remove any stragglers.
Level 27:
Send the first Yellow Bird slamming into the first pig at the bottom of the structure. Split the Blue Bird as early as you like to deal with the glass in the middle of the level. Finally, send your Yellow Bird into the stone part of what remains to make it sway and cause it to come tumbling down.
Level 28:
For this level, fire the first Yellow Bird into the very first beam of wood at the far left of the level. Aim the second one into the middle of the level. The third, you should be aiming to crash through the wooden beams into the TNT towards the right-hand side. This will normally deal with that entire side of the structure.
Level 29:
The Yellow Bird should be sent up very high. On its way down, it will gather up an incredible amount of speed. You want it to crash through the wooden edge of the first structure, and into the valley below. This will take out a good portion of the level's pigs. It is possible to find a diagonal trajectory that splits right through all the pigs around the center of the level. Use the Boomerang Bird to reach the right-hand side of the level and call it back so that it hits that side of the right-hand structure. Fling the Yellow Bird into the small matchsticks of wood at the bottom of the left-hand side of the level to finish things off.
Level 30:
Aim the Yellow Bird into the wooder supports holding up the wheel with the pig in the middle. The wheel will drop down, at which point you should fire a Bomb Bird at it and blow up the strong outside of the wheel. This will take care of the pig in the center, and cause it to unfurl and squis all the other pigs on the lower level. Send a Yellow Bird into the wooden structure up on the right to deal with those enemies.
Level 31:
Send the Big Brother Bird into the crane above the main structure of this level. Hopefully, the Big Brother Bird will fall into the rest of the structure and any pigs left down below.
Level 32:
This is another easy level. Send the Big Brother Bird slamming into the left-hand structure. It should tip to the right, squashing the helmetted bird and setting off the TNT to take out the final part of this level on the right.
Level 33:
Use the first Red Bird and aim it at the forth pig along from left to right (aim for the stone beam to its left). The rest of the level should majestically crumble, taking all out beneath it.
Level 34:
Fire the first Black Bird into the first pig. Keep it rolling and detonate it between the first two structures, while still in middair if possible. You should be able to use the beastly Big Brother Bird to smash through the central tower and use the collateral debris to flatten the one on the right in the process.
Level 35:
Send the White Bird in a very slight arc, dropping its egg bomb directly in the center of the cluster of boulders. You should ricochet into the first tower, taking everything involved out. At this stage, there should be no more than 3 pigs remaining. Your next White Bird should land in the gap between the second and third towers. Drop an egg bomb into the gap before you hit it to be left with just one pig standing. Use another White Bird and egg bomb to ricochet up into it - you want to collect as much debris as you can with this if you are trying for three stars.
Level 36:
For this level, send the Blue Bird up high and split it so that the birds break the glass blocks of the upper structure on this level. It should fall down and clear the structure below as well. Next, use a Yellow Bird to break the wooden support holding up the structure on the left.
Level 37:
Launch the White Bird low over the first pig, dropping its egg bomb just to the left of the second pig, and ricocheting up into the high structure on the right. Use Big Brother Bird to decimate anything remaining to the right.
Level 38:
Using the Red Bird, hit the wooden blocks supporting the stone triangle at the top of the level. Next, send the Blue Bird splitting into the glass on the left-hand side. If anything remains, use the Boomerang Bird to clean it up. Don't forget to include the TNT if you are going for a 3 star rating.
Level 39:
Ignore the first structure and send your initial Yellow Bird over it and into the side of the structure to the top right. You want it to collapse to the right, detonating the TNT there. Debris should fall down, exploding the TNT beneath, and sending more debris into the center structure. Aim your second Yellow Bird at the small pig left-most on this level. It should destroy the first tower and finish the level for you.
Level 40:
This is a level where you should go for a single-shot, and it is a tricky one. Look for the traffic cone to the top-right of the level. You want to aim to land right on the side of the wooden beam protecting this cone. This should start a domino effect that clears the level.
Level 41:
Send the Blue Bird up towards the higher structure, splitting before you hit it. You want the split birds to hit the structure and drop down into the glass blocks beneath. They should be penetrated completely, taking out all of the level in the process.
Level 42:
Use the first Red Bird to knock through the wooden wall of the first structure, just above the first set of TNT. You should then have a route to aim through to the second set of TNT, which you can reach using a Yellow Bird - the explosion will hopefully take out the rest of the level.
Level 43:
Split the Blue Bird just in front of the bottom left of the first part of this level - you want some of it to hit the glass block and the rest to pass through and take out the pigs beyond. Send the Yellow Bird through the pigs to the top-right, and finish off the remaining pig using the second Blue Bird - split it when it is relatively high up to increase your chances of a hit.
Level 44:
This level requires some very accurate aiming. Send the first Yellow Bird through the gap on the right-hand side of the level (you may have to look carefully to see it as it's a little camoflaged) and into the structure beyond. Note that you have to make this shot first, as it is sealed off later on. With your Blue Bird, aim up and into the glass blocks of the top structure, splitting just before for maximum damage. Use the next Yellow Bird to finish off the remaining pigs, with the help of any TNT that you haven't already detonated.
Level 45:
You can use the first Blue Bird to cut the rope on the first hanging structure up high. If you like, detonate early so that two of the birds miss the rope and go into everything beneath - but the real damage is done when the hanging structure plummets into everything else. Next, use the White Bird combined with its egg bomb to ricochet up into the second hanging structure. Use the Blue Bird to mop up the pigs that are left.
Pigini Beach
Level 1:
Send the Red Bird into the wooden block just below the long vertical stone one in the side of the lifeguard tower so that it falls to the right and squashes the pigs that it was supposed to be guarding!
Level 2:
Fire the Blue Bird over the glass blocks and split it so that one of the flock takes out the pig on the right, and the others damage the glass in the middle. Send the Big Brother Bird right into the middle of the glass blocks and it will be like a bull in a china shop, smashing everything to pieces - you want to hit the bounce pad in the pool if you can to get maximum score.
Level 3:
This one's easy! Send the Big Brother Bird into the bottom bounce pad. It will reboudn off to the left and destroy everything in sight! If done correctly...
Level 4:
Notice the wooden stick on the left of the main structure in this level. Aim the Red Bird straight at it so that it continues into the central structure. There shouldn't be much left after this, so finish it off with the White Bird and its egg bomb ability.
Level 5:
This is a weird level. Fire your Red Bird up into the sky so that it loops over the top and lands in the middle of the platform filled with bouncy balls - these will be flung around the level and hopefully take out all the pigs without you needing another bird. Keep trying if not as much of this is down to luck rather than judgment.
Level 6:
There are two higher wooden sections to the main structure which look like towers. Fire the Yellow Bird through the bottom of the top tower on the left so that it penetrates through the wood. Finish off any remaining pigs using the White Bird and its egg bomb. Remember to ricochet it up into the bounce pads in this cavern section if you need to or to get extra points.
Level 7:
For this level you want to send the Big Brother Bird up and to the right so that the tower on the right falls down into the main structure. Next, send the Boomerang Bird on almost the same trajectory, calling it back by clicking so that it comes into the wooden supports just below the left tower. This will collapse and should squash any remaining pigs.
Level 8:
Fire the White Bird at the second pig from the left in the main structure. It shuold all collapse, defeating any pigs inside, but if there are any remaining, use the Big Brother Bird to mush them into dust!
Level 9:
Use your first Yellow Bird to aim directly at the large pig in the middle of the lower structure. You are just trying to weaken the foundations at this point. Next, it's time for a precision shot. Send the second Yellow Bird up high and into the small wooden triangle at the bottom left corner of the tall tower. It will collapse into everything below, doing a lot of damage because we weakened the lower area earlier. If pigs remain, use the third Yellow Bird to take them out.
Level 10:
This is quite a fun level. Send your Boomerang Birds one by one over the rocky center of this level. Once they have passed it, click to call them back. They will fly into the bounce pads and be rebounded into the wooden pig village. Ideally you want the birds to bounce downwards so as to take out the pigs' foundations. You should be able to do this level with just two Boomerang Birds with a bit of luck.
Level 11:
Use the White Bird to slam into the middle tower, just below the pig. You want to drop its egg bomb in the gap to the first TNT crate, just before you slam into the tower. Use the Yellow Bird to mop up any remaining pigs using the extra TNT if you like.
Level 12:
Fly your Boomerang Bird over the top of the structure, then call it back round so that it hits the lower-right wooden support. This will cause much of the structure to collapse. Finish off any remaining pigs with the Yellow and White Birds.
Level 13:
This level is fun if you get it right, infuriating if you don't! Fire the Yellow Bird into the bottom left of the bounce pad below the main structure. You want it to rebound directly upwards, into the soft underbelly of the pigs within. You can clear the level with just one bird if you do this correctly.
Level 14:
Send the Yellow Bird through the blue balloon and into the wooden support of the tower in the top-right corner of the level. It will collapse to the left, destroying some of the pigs and structure below. Next, send the Blue Bird through the pig that was in the balloon, splitting it to destroy some of the glass blocks and the pigs sitting above them. For any pigs remaining to the right, use the Yellow Bird to cut through the wooden leg of the lower structure.
Level 15:
Fire the Red Bird into the top of the main tower, trying to skim off the left side and over to the right to hit the King Pig. You can use the next Yellow Bird to hit into the wooden balls towards the top of the tower. Being strong against wood, the Yellow Bird should cause it to partially collapse to the right and take out some of the King's cronies. Send the Boomerang Bird over the tower and call it back round so that it hits one of the wooden sections towards the bottom. Use the next Yellow Bird on another wooden part of the tower, aiming to cause it to become weaker for your final bird. Then, with a sadistic grin, send the Big Brother Bird slamming through the middle of the tower to send debris into the King and his remaining pigs to complete the Pigini Beach segment. You want to send stone beams into him, so aim for a section of the tower that has those to be sure of victory here.
Poached Eggs - World 1
World 1
Level 1-1:
Simply fire the Red Bird right in front of you to hit on the edge of the longest plank in the middle of the structure.
Level 1-2:
For this level you should aim high, up over all four obstacles, aiming to bounce off the slope, knock the top edge of the right-most pig, and send it falling to the left and pushing all the others out.
Level 1-3:
This is an easy level. Send a Red Bird into the ball and it will roll down to the right and into the pigs waiting below.
Level 1-4:
This level is essentially an edurance test - send your first Red Bird at the structure, trying to hit it hard on the side. You need to break through the glass and try to tip the stone structure so that it squashes the pig. Repeat this until you succeed in destroying the entire structure.
Level 1-5:
Fire the first Red Bird into the middle section of the structure - where there are three pigs, two wooden boards and one stone block. Hit the stone block in the side and it should bring the big boulder falling down and squashing all pigs below.
Level 1-6:
Another simple level where you just need one bird for each of the structures. Aim for the upper-left corner of each structure to take them out one-by-one.
Level 1-7:
Aim for the bottom wooden plank, trying to hit it flush on the side. If you've hit it hard enough, both pigs should roll off the structure and the one in the middle should be squished.
Level 1-8:
Notice how there are two sets of stone, wood and glass blocks on the top of the ground in the middle of this level. You want to hit the first pile of blocks, in the middle of the wooden square. This should send the glass square up and to the right - if you're lucky, it will take out the right-most pig, while the Red Bird carcass will fall back and take out the left-most pig. If you're very lucky, the large boulder in the middle should roll off and squash the final pig, if you hit the first block hard enough.
Level 1-9:
This easy level just requires you to fire a Red Bird at the upper-left wooden corner of the first structure. It should sway to the right, crushing everything beneath it.
Level 1-10:
For this level, fire the first Blue Bird in an arc towards the left-most triangle of glass blocks. Split the Bird before it hits so that the remnants go into the second structure. If another Bird is needed, fire it and split it into the second structure, hitting the stone beams. Then, the structure should collapse, taking out anything left from the first one.
Level 1-11:
Launch the Red Bird into the stone block at the very top-left of the first structure. If you hit it with enough force, the structure shold fall to the right and take out all of the pigs on this level.
Level 1-12:
Send the Blue Bird into the glass pyramid, on a low trajectory - split it before it hits so that you get maximum results from this single bird. If any pigs remain after this, simply finish it off with another bird.
Level 1-13:
Level 13 is an easy one - just send your Blue Bird into the top-left glass block, splitting just beforehand, to take out all the pigs on this level, and much of the structure.
Level 1-14:
Send a Red Bird into the left upright stone block. This should tip the debris down onto the pigs below and, if you're lucky it will take out everything underneath.
Level 1-15:
You will probably need two Blue Birds for this one. Send them in a high arc, aiming for the center of the level. Split them as you pass over the left-hand tower, and the glass should split, with any debris taking out all of the pigs. You may be able to do it with one Bird, but if two are needed, just repeat to clear up the rest.
Level 1-16:
This level features Yellow Birds, which build up speed as they travel through the air. Send the first one slamming into the side of the structure, hitting the bottom half of it. Repeat this a bit higher up to finish off the right-hand side if necessary.
Level 1-17:
With your first Yellow Bird, send it into the bottom left wooden side of the structure - it should rip through the wood and hopefully deal with all of the pigs. If it doesn't, use another to finish it off.
Level 1-18:
This is a tough level which will normally take at least a few birds to deal with. Start by firing at the bottom of the steps, just above the first pig. You want the debris to fall back down and squash the big below. With the second Bird, fire it just above the second pig, using the same tactic as before. Even if you don't take out the second pig, fire your third bird just above the third pig. If the upper pigs still remain, fire the next Bird in the same position as the last one - hopefully some debris will fall back and assist you in taking out the remaining pigs.
Level 1-19:
Use the Blue Bird by splitting it and removing the glass on the left-hand side of the structure. You are aiming to create a gap to fire the next bird, a Yellow Bird, through. Do this, and it should speed up through the gap and take out the pig in the middle.
Level 1-20:
This level takes a few Yellow Birds to deal with. Fire the first one through the bottom left wooden corner of the structure - hopefully you will reach the pigs in the middle, but if not, follow it up with a second Yellow Bird. Finally, for any pigs remaining, send a Yellow Bird up high and down through the wooden top of the structure.
Level 1-21:
Fling a Blue Bird into the left-hand side of the structure, aiming at the first pig. With the first Red Bird, you need to clear the non-wooden blocks away from the center of the structure so that the next bird has a clear path to the middle tower. Send the second Blue Bird into the glass remaining on the right-hand side, splitting it just before hand. Tidy up anything remaining using the Red Bird and Yellow Bird. Remeber to save the Yellow Bird fo the helmetted pig if necessary, as its strength is against the wood that surrounds it.
Poached Eggs - World 2
Send the Red Bird into the first tower, aiming to knock the wooden top off into the first pig. You can finish the level impressively using the Yellow Bird. You want to get it on a trajectory so that it dips into the helmetted pig, the other pig just to its right, and then continues into the wooden supports of the final structure. This should clear the level.
Level 2-2:
With the first Blue Bird, split it very high up so that one of the birds hits the pig up on the right. If you're lucky, the other two will go into the pit below and do some damage. You can then focus the next Blue Birds on the actual pit itself, aiming to spread out the damage across all of the glass blocks.
Level 2-3:
For this level, smash the first two Red Birds into the horizontal stone beam on the first level of the tower - you are trying to cause it to sway to the right and collapse. Any pigs that are remaining, clean them up using the Yellow Birds.
Level 2-4:
This is a simple two-bird level. Fire the Yellow Bird into the first structure, decimating it and taking out the pig inside (aim for the wooden center as this is where the Yellow Bird is strongest). Next, fire a Blue Bird over the top and into the glass blocks supporting the rocks up on the right. This will release the rocks down the slope and into the remaining pigs.
Level 2-5:
Use the first Black Bird to land on the middle tower, just to the left so that when it explodes, you take out both the middle and left-hand structures. Taking care of any remaining pigs with the Black Birds that you have left.
Level 2-6:
With the first Black Bird, send it up high to the right, landing on the pig furthest up to the right. You want to squish that bird and then detonate to dislodge the boulder and send debris down to the left. Finish off any stragglers with the next Black Bird.
Level 2-7:
Although you start off with a Yellow Bird, ignore the wood and just slam it into the stone side of the upper structure. Now that it has weakened, use the next Yellow Bird on a very high, almost vertical arc - you want it land slap-bang in the middle of the tower so that it punches a hole through the top. This should take out everything inside, but if not, use the Black Bird to pulverize anything left.
Level 2-8:
Using the Yellow Bird, target the wooden block supporting the second boulder along. This should send it to the right, where it will knock into more boulders and take out the pigs to the right. If you're lucky, the carcass of your Yellow Bird will drop down into the remaining pig. Use the Black Bird to blow up anything remaining.
Level 2-9:
Send the Black Bird into the first notch of the level, where the long wooden beams are. This will detonate and clear the way to the last set of blocks. Hopefully you should have a route through to the glass blocks using the Blue Bird now. Send a Yellow Bird through the wooden blocks that remain to reach the pig inside.
Level 2-10:
Launch the Yellow Bird on a direct trajectory into the first pig. It will travel through and knock into the one on the right, hopefully taking it out. If you're lucky, the stones from the tower will roll down into the middle and deal with the final pig.
Level 2-11:
For this level, send the Black Bird up high so that it drops through the right edge of the first tower, smashing into the glass circles. Once it detonates, it should destroy the left and right towers with the force. The next Black Bird you can land right in the middle to finish off anything to the right or in the center. Use a final bird to reach the middle pig if you haven't already got it - you can attack from the side as this will force the stone beams protecting the pig into it, squishing it more easily.
Level 2-12:
Use the first two Blue Birds and split them to take out the glass blocks on top of the structure. With the route into the center now cleared, send a Yellow Bird up high so that it comes down in the middle of the structure. This should take out the remaining pigs.
Level 2-13:
The Yellow Bird that starts off this level should be aimed at the single wooden beam in the left-side of the structure. This will cause part of the left half to collapse. Send the Black Bird into roughly the same place and detonate it to finish off the level. Use the next Black Bird if necessary just to tie things up.
Level 2-14:
With the first White Bird, fly it over the first two pigs and drop its egg bomb roughly on top of the trio of watermelons. You may get lucky and despatch all of the pigs with this tactic, but if not, use the next White Bird to deal with any remaining.
Level 2-15:
Send your first two White Birds on this level low into the main tower. Drop the egg bomb as late as possible (or even not at all) for maximum impact. Hopefully some debris and bird carcasses will drop down and take out pigs below (note that there is also TNT down there which you should aim to trigger), but use an extra White Bird to bomb through the gaps in the level if necessary.
Level 2-16:
This level requires a precision strike to begin with. Send a White Bird over the first two pigs and drop an egg bomb onto the TNT between them. Launch the second White Bird into the supports of the right-hand tower. Try to detonate the TNT, which should clear the level for you.
Level 2-17:
Drop an egg bomb using the White Bird between the first two towers. This should deal with most of the pigs on this level. Use the rest of the White Birds to mop up any pigs still standing.
Level 2-18:
For this level, aim the Blue Bird in a high arc and split it early so that at least one of the birds misses the first high pig and hits the glass of the one on the right. If you can hit the middle tower, so much the better. The debris should drop down and threaten the pigs below. Using the White Bird, aim for any high pigs still remaining, and try to use an egg bomb or force debris downwards to complete the level.
Level 2-19:
With this level, don't try to avoid the first wooden tower. Instead, aim the Black Bird at the second wooden block from the top of the tower. It should travel through and into the left-hand side of the main structure, where it will detonate. Send the next black bird close to the final pig and use the explosion to finish off the level.
Level 2-20:
Instead of aiming your White Bird at the main structure, fire it over the top. Drop an egg bomb just past the right-hand wall of the structure, so that it detonates next to the TNT crate. This will explode and should destroy everything on the level. If it doesn't use the Yellow Bird to finish off.
Level 2-21:
Using the White Bird, fire it so that it hits the top of the first pig. Drop the egg bomb just before impact to do some additional structural damage to the building. The Yellow Bird is fairly useless against the stone barricades, so just slam it into the side of the building to try and dislodge some of the exterior. You should aim to destroy one of the stone barriers with the Red Bird. Then, once you get to the next Yellow Bird, aim for the exposed wooden boards to deal extensive damage. The chances are you will now have just the pig on the right still remaining. Throw the Black Bird in its direction and detonate nearby to send debris flying into the final pig.
Poached Eggs - World 3
This is a very tricky one. Send the first Red Bird up and into the side of the TNT at the top left of this level. You want the explosion and bird-carcass to cause the boulder on the right to roll down into more TNT, and for something to drop below into a third crate of the explosives. The first explosion should have knocked the first helmetted pig off his perch too. All the boulders flying around the screen should come to a stop in the middle, killing all the pigs on this level. Keep trying until you get it, as it is definitely possible with just a single bird.
Level 3-2:
Fire the Black Bird nearly straight downwards into the second helmetted pig from the left. When it explodes, it should take out all the pigs except the one sitting up high. You can finish this off nice and easily with the Blue Bird.
Level 3-3:
This level looks complicated but is really quite simple. Shoot your Red Bird into the top right boulder. Once the avalance of boulders that this triggers has finished, use the Blue Bird in its split form to knock the other high boulders off their pedestals and into the pigs below. Remember that you should only aim for the high boulders as they will knock the others down on their way to the ground.
Level 3-4:
Aim the Red Bird into the waist section of the wooden man. He should collapse and take out the three pigs protected by glass nearby. Split the Blue Bird while up high to take out the last pig on the right.
Level 3-5:
Your tactic for this level should simply be to keep peppering the roof of the structure until one of your Red Birds falls through onto the masses of TNT. Once this happens, none of the pigs stand a chance.
Level 3-6:
Send the Yellow Bird up and over the two train carriages into the single wooden block. This should cause a train reaction that deals with the majority of pigs sitting on the ground. With that done, send your next Yellow Bird slamming into the side of the first carriage - it will slowly be forced into the second one, sending it tumbling to the right. This should also finish off any pigs that were spared from your first shot.
Level 3-7:
Throw the Red Bird into the structure in the middle of this level. This will cause debris to fall and set off the TNT below. Next, send the Blue Bird on a high arc that allows you to split it with the birds continuing into the top right helmetted pig, and the one just below - you can roll down the slope with the birds and still hit the second one as there is TNT there. If none ot the debris has reached the TNT on the left, use the Yellow Bird to knock the first helmetted pig down the chasm and into it.
Level 3-8:
Brute force mixed with precision is the way to beat this level. Send the first Black Bird into the lower left side of the structure. Once it blows up, you should only be left with half of the building left. With the first Yellow Bird, aim for the wood above the central TNT. This should cause the tower's stone casing to fall away leaving you a clear shot at the TNT with the next Yellow Bird. This will leave a path for you to fire the final Black Bird into. Once you detonate it, the remaining pigs should be blown away, completing the level.
Level 3-9:
Use your first Red Bird to knock the wooden pole way up in the right corner of the level. It will fall down and take out most of the pigs on the steps. For the rest, just send your next Red Bird into the middle of the wooden tower - this will collapse into any remaining pigs.
Level 3-10:
Send the Blue Bird very high, splitting it so that the flock falls into each of the glass blocks protecting the helmetted pigs. This should destroy a couple of them at least. Finish the remaining pigs with the Yellow and White Birds.
Level 3-11:
Shoot the first Blue Bird into the side of the structure, splitting it to do the most damage. This should take care of one of the pigs. Repeat this with the next Blue Bird - you should have a path into the center of the structure now. Hopefully you will have just one pig remaining - finish off with another Blue Bird split high up so as to smash the glass protecting it.
Level 3-12:
Fire the Blue Bird into the glass block at the top left of the structure. Aim the Yellow Bird in a very high arc so that it punches through the wooden section in the top. Send the White Bird slamming into the side of the structure, into the stone section, so that it sways to the right and collapses. If there are any pigs still remaining, finish them off with the final Yellow Bird.
Level 3-13:
Use the Red Bird to knock the small rock into the TNT that is up highest in the center of this level. The rock should rebound back down and into the helmetted pig. If you get lucky, your bird carcass should fall to the left and into the TNT over there - taking care of the first and second pigs. The pig to the far right is the easy one - send the Black Bird over there and into the TNT to take care of him.
Level 3-14:
If you can, try to skim the Red Bird off the top of the first structure so that it bounces to the right. You can send debris in that direction and take out all of the pigs but one using this strategy. Hopefully the only pig left will be the first one in the glass room. You can finish him easily enough using the Yellow Bird.
Level 3-15:
This is a simple level. Fire the Black Bird just left of the center of the structure and detonate it. If you are left with any pigs, use the White Bird to dive bomb them.
Level 3-16:
Ignore the Red Bird (fire it into the floor or way into the distance) and just send the White Bird over the top of the structure, bombing directly in the gap that is in the middle of the buildings. The White Bird will continue into the right-hand tower and the level will collapse on itself!
Level 3-17:
Send the Black Bird into the side of the small stone room on top of the first pyramid. Once it detonates, it should have taken out all the pigs on that side of the level. You can then simply send the next Black Bird into the bottom of the wooden pyramid to blow the last two pigs away.
Level 3-18:
Use the Red Bird to knock the first tower so that the TNT falls into the row of helmetted pigs to the right. It may not take any of them out, but the objective is to remove some of the protection above their heads. You should then use the Yellow Bird to destroy the tower on the right, causing the TNT to fall backwards into the pigs. With the next Yellow Bird, aim for the middle of the three boxes of TNT at the center of the level. You won't get to it yet, but follow up using the White Bird, bombing the same section, and all the TNT should explode, destroying the last remaining pigs.
Level 3-19:
See the second TNT box from the right? Fire the Red Bird into the side of the rectangular stone blocks underneath the helmetted pig guarding this TNT. It should do a little damage and roll back into the next TNT along to the left. This will cause a chain reaction of boulders and TNT that decimates the left-hand side of the level. For the last remaining pigs, aim the Red Bird high up to the top right so that the boulder on the ledge falls to the right and detonates the TNT below. With the moustache-pig taken care of, use the Yellow Bird on the last surviving piece of TNT (aim for the wooden blocks underneath it) to blow the last surviving pig sky-high.
Level 3-20:
Send the Black Bird up so that it lands above the fourth pig from the left in the ancient building. Use the White Bird to take out the left-most pig that survives - slam it into the side of the building to cause the roof to collapse on it. Fire the next Black Bird way over to the right so that it lands on the left-hand side of the next building. When it detonates, the building should topple to the right and squash the inhabitants. For any pigs remaining, use the White Bird and finally the Black Bird if necessary.
Level 3-21:
Use the White Bird to dive bomb down the gap next to the right-most tower of the castle, taking out the pig below. If you time it correctly, the bird should carry on into the pig on sentry duty at the top of the tower itself. Send the first Black Bird so that it lands on the head of the second pig in from the left - use a high arc so that it doesn't get caught on the first tower. When it detonates, the first tower and part of the center of the castle should collapse. Next, use the White Bird to deal some more damage to the center of the castle. If it's not yet possible to reach the king, use the Black Bird to smash into the heart of the castle and blow him away. Congratulations, you've got your eggs back!
Mighty Hoax - World 4
World 4
Level 4-1:
Fire the first Red Bird into the top triangle of the three on the left. This will cause it to tip to the right and fall onto the three pigs below.
Level 4-2:
Send the Blue Bird towards the first wooden barricade, splitting it to cause maximum damage. This should deal with the first set of pigs. With the next Blue Bird, split it over the middle two pigs - the helmetted one and the one with the moustache. If you aim correctly, you can tip the stone block to the right, squishing the last three pigs. If not, use the Yellow Bird to finish off.
Level 4-3:
Use the Blue Bird's split ability to crash into the left-hand side of the glass roof of the right-hand structure. This should cause a lot of damage and take out the helmetted pig below. To deal with the first pig, send a Red Bird into the stone wall at the start - it will tip to the right and squash it. Finally, ricochet your White Bird into the part of the structure next to the final pig to eliminate it and complete the level.
Level 4-4:
There are lots of helmetted pigs on this level. Use the first Yellow Bird to puncture the wooden roof and take out the first pig. With the next one, aim for the exposed wooden support that is holding up the next pig along. Finally, send the third Yellow Bird into the side of the next pig so that the platform it and its friend are resting on collapses neatly.
Level 4-5:
With the Red Bird, knock the side of the first stone block that is resting on top of the glass squares. This will have an effect on the integrity of the wooden structure, and the Red Bird will bounce back into the first pig below. Using the Blue Bird, split it so that the flock smashes through the top of the glass bricks and into the wooden structure - this will cause a few of the pigs inside it to be eliminated. You now have a free shot with a Yellow Bird into the heart of the wooden structure. Any pigs that remain can be destroyed using the Black Bird.
Level 4-6:
Send the first Yellow Bird into the wooden triangle just above the first pig. This will cause much of the left-side of the structure to collapse. With the second Yellow Bird, plough through the next section of wooden triangles so that this all falls to the left. Repeat with the third bird to hit the next pig, and finish off with the final Yellow Bird aimed at the last pig.
Level 4-7:
Launch the first Red Bird up into the section at the top right of this level. You want to hit the wooden post on the left. This may not look like it has had an effect, but it will have weakened the wood sufficiently that when you send your Blue Bird in the same location and split it, the flock will smash through and decimate everything within. Fire the second Blue Bird in the same place to gain points from the debris that remains. You need the Yellow Bird to take on the lower structure due to its strength against wood. Fire it, aiming towards the first pig which will blow up the TNT and the other pig down there.
Level 4-8:
Aim the first White Bird on a very high arc. You want to drop its egg bomb down the chasm to the right of the helmetted pig, setting off the TNT that lies at the bottom. With the next bird, use a lower arc and drop its bomb down the left-hand chasm, setting off that TNT. Try to use an arc so low that when the bird ricochets having laid its egg, it continues into the central tower. Use one more White Bird if necessary to finish things off.
Level 4-9:
The pigs on this level are very well protected. To deal with the first pig, fire your Red Bird up high so that it drops down with maximum force onto its helmet. You then should be able to penetrate the side of the tank using the Yellow Bird, which will take out the helmetted pig, and cause the one above to fall to its doom.
Level 4-10:
See the long wooden plank that is pointing diagonally upwards next to the first set of stone blocks and boulders? Fire the Red Bird into the topmost section of this. If you get lucky, it will bounce up, over the first TNT, roll down the slope below, and into the next TNT, destroying the two pigs down there. You can then fire the Yellow Bird into the higher TNT, which will send boulders into the other two pigs.
Level 4-11:
Use the first White Bird to hit the long wooden plank that is above the first pig from the left. If you lay the egg bomb as late as possible, most of the tower will be destroyed. You can then focus the next White Bird on any remaining pigs - remember to lay the egg bomb on any important structural beams to get maximum points for damage.
Level 4-12:
Fire the first Yellow Bird up high so that it gathers speed and impacts between the first two towers. This should cause the left one to collapse, and will deal some structural damage on the middle. You can then send the next bird on a low trajectory, smashing through the lower section of the middle tower and taking out any pigs en route. Finally, finish off the level with another Yellow Bird aimed into the last tower.
Level 4-13:
Send the Red Bird into the wooden square in the middle of the left side of the main structure. Follow this up with a Yellow Bird in the same location, which should detonate the TNT. Only the right-hand side should remain now, which a well placed Yellow Bird to the wooden square in the center should deal with.
Level 4-14:
There are some tough shots required to get the most out of this level. Fire the Yellow Bird almost along the ground, so that it skims through the wooden blocks right at the bottom, supporting the pigs above. The Blue Bird should be used where it is strongest, against the glass blocks up high. Split it to take out the first two pigs up there and do some damage to the rest of that section. The next Yellow Bird can be aimed at the third pillar along the bottom - the one with the large wooden section. This should eliminate the last two pigs downstairs. Use the net flock of Blue Birds to split into the right-side of the glass section above and take out the remaining pigs.
Level 4-15:
With the Black Bird, launch it into the gap between the middle and right towers. Blow it up and you should eliminate the pig to the right. Use the White Bird on the wooden section of the left tower to take out that pig, before firing the second Black Bird into the central structure to weaken it. This should leave you open to cut through the wood using the next Yellow Bird.
Level 4-16:
Lob the Black Bird into the third stone square going diagonally upwards from the bottom left. Next, fire the Yellow Bird up very high so that it comes down fast into the wooden blocks above the cavern that houses the pigs. You can follow this up, if necessary, with another Yellow Bird in the same location as it will slide down the cavern and into any remaining pigs.
Level 4-17:
Using an accurate shot you can complete this level with just one bird. Fire your Yellow Bird up high so that it lands through the three consecutive wooden triangles that go in a diagonal line from the helmetted pig upwards. It should break through all three and take out the pig that thought it was safe!
Level 4-18:
The three pigs in this castle are pretty hard to get at! Send the first White Bird up over the middle of the castle and bomb the center of the roof. Repeat this with the second - the aim is to clear a path for the first Black Bird. As planned, send this to land in the hole you have (hopefully) made in the top of the castle. Detonate the bird while inside and you should clear the level in a satisfying fashion - feel free to mop up any remaining pigs and objects with another Black Bird.
Level 4-19:
Send the Red Bird into the wooden supports of the first glass section to this level. Split the Blue Bird into the right-hand tower to cause some structural damage, and repeat this with the next one to finish off any pigs still standing.
Level 4-20:
For this level you want to lob the first Black Bird up high so it lands through the second stone beam in the left section of the structure. When it detonates, much of the left-hand side should be destroyed, and hopefully some of the center. Fire the Yellow Bird through the wooden beam above the two central pigs, and follow this up with a White Bird's egg bomb released as close to the target as possible to take out these two guys. You can smash the remaining pigs into oblivion with a final, well-placed Black Bird.
Level 4-21:
Launch the first Yellow Bird on a high line so that it just hits the stone beam at the top of the tower. This will cause it to topple to the right and squish the King Pig and his immediate allies. You can then use a couple more Yellow Birds to pick off any remaining pigs.
Mighty Hoax - World 5
Using the first White Bird, bomb in between the first tower and the pig to the left of the beachball. Fire the next one into the side of the first tower to take out any pigs still inside, and spread debris across the right-hand side of the level. If pigs are still standing, pick them off with another White Bird.
Level 5-2:
This is one of the hardest levels in Angry Birds Friends. Fire the Blue Bird up high and split it when it passes above the first set of wooden squares - you need to be high up, nearly off the top of the screen. You want the three birds in the flock to hit the room that the moustache pig is living in and impact the helmetted pigs nearby. Hopefully, the room will topple to the right, taking out one helmetted pig and eliminating the moustache-pig in the process. You also need the stone bar from the room on the pedestal to fall to the left and take out the two pigs on the left-hand side of this level. Keep trying as it is possible with just the one bird.
Level 5-3:
Send the White Bird into the left-hand side of the stone roof on the second structure. This should cause much of it to collapse. Powerfully hit the Red Bird into the horizontal stone beam on the left side of the first structure to cause it to fall down too and detonate some TNT. Finish off any remaining pigs with the Yellow Bird.
Level 5-4:
Fire the Blue Bird up high, over the first structure, and split it so that you take out the two pigs on the right. We now want the first structure to collapse - to facilitate this, fire the Yellow Bird into the bottom left corner of it, aiming roughly for the pig in the lower-middle. Follow this with a second Yellow Bird, which should penetrate through into the pig. The upshot of this is that the structural integrity of the whole thing should be destroyed, causing the other pigs inside to be squashed.
Level 5-5:
Use the White Bird to smash into the side of the first stone wall - it will fall to the right and take out a few pigs. Use a second White Bird to bomb in between the helmetted and moustache pigs just to the right of the first structure. With the third White Bird, egg bomb the two pigs hiding beneath the wooden beam - you should aim to ricochet up into the stone structure to the right. With that weakened, one more White Bird and its egg should be enough to finish off the last pig.
Level 5-6:
Split the Blue Bird into the helmetted pig and the smaller pig just next to him. Next, fire the Yellow Bird into the second storey of the structure - where the wooden horizontal beam is. This should cause the left side of it to collapse. You should then have a nice nook in the center of the structure to lob the Black Bird into. Blow him up to decimate the rest of the level and all the pigs still standing.
Level 5-7:
The key to this level is patience, and the main stone tower. Fire your first two birds directly into the second piece of stone from the ground in that central tower. This is the small square. Two direct hits should destroy it, causing the tower to fall to the left and sink the boat. Next, send the Red Bird into the stone pillar just before the wooden structure on the right with the remaining pigs inside it to flatten it.
Level 5-8:
Fire the first Yellow Bird into the front of the boat, just below the prow so that it hits the glass water. You then want to use the next couple of Yellow Birds to reach the first set of TNT, which will blow much of the boat sky-high and should tirgger the second TNT, finishing off the level.
Level 5-9:
Use the Blue Bird and split it into the left side of the first structure so that it topples into all of the pigs immediately to its right. Send the Yellow Bird on a low trajectory into the small wooden squares supporting the very bottom of the main structure. This will collapse and should leave just one pig remaining, which you can of course take out with another Yellow Bird.
Level 5-10:
With the Blue Bird, split it above the helmetted pig. You should be able to take out that pig, as well as the two smaller ones either side of it. With a bit of skill you can use the Red Bird, targetted at the left side of the highest stone triangle in the water, to take out the first pig, then skip off into the moustache-pig and clear the level.
Level 5-11:
The important shot here is to use the first Yellow Bird to break the stone beam that is shielding the only crate of TNT. Fire it into the wooden bar underneath as this will cause it to fall away. You then have a clear shot at the TNT with the next Yellow Bird. This will hopefully leave just two pigs to the left. You can simply fire a final Yellow Bird right at these two to take them out.
Level 5-12:
The key for this level is to make it so the train can begin moving. You will notice how it is blocked by the wooden planks, and less obviously, by a small stone square just in front of the front wheel. Use the first two Red Birds to deal with these obstacles. It should then begin to roll, tantalizingly slowly. Once it has opened a gap to the wooden section of the second carriage, use the Yellow Bird to aim for the TNT within. The first carriage should now be collapsing upon itself, as the level is slowly completed.
Level 5-13:
Send the first Black Bird into the side of the pig in the stone room on top of everything else. Put the next one into the same area, leaning slightly further right - it should fall through onto the moustache pig below as you weakend the stone beam with the first shot. Once the Black Bird detonates, it should set off the TNT to the left and will hopefully catch the last pig on the right.
Level 5-14:
Use the White Bird to bomb the second stone square from the left. This will open a wooden route to the first pig and TNT. Aim for this gap with the Yellow Bird - the chain reaction will complete the level.
Level 5-15:
At the lower left side of this weird structure you will see a glass block. Above it is a wooden block. Fire the first Yellow Bird at this block, which will cause much of the structure to fall to the left. If you have a route to the last few pigs made up of only wooden beams (you may need a high arc to get the right trajectory), send a Yellow Bird through it. But don't worry if you need two to get right to the last pig.
Level 5-16:
Smashing a lot of glass is the theme to this level. Send the first Black Bird into the top platform of boulders. You want to smash them to the right (so detonate the bird as close to the boulders as possible), into all the glass and pigs. Repeat this with the next platform down, and then the next one, until all the pigs have been eliminated.
Level 5-17:
You have masses of Yellow Birds at your disposal for this level, but hopefully will only need a few. Send the first bird on a high arc so that it ploughs through the wood into the first pig (the left-hand one). Launch the next one on the same line so that it breaches the center of the structure, then again with the third bird. Hopefully the middle section will be destroyed now, and you can just use another bird or two to bring down the pigs left on each side of the chasm.
Level 5-18:
Using the first White Bird, drop its egg bomb directly between the first two pigs. If you get lucky, the carcass should ricochet up and into the pigs furthest to the right. You now should be able to reach some of the exposed support beams in the middle of the structure to do even more damage. Follow this up with a booming Black Bird right in the middle to send everything flying and, hopefully, finish the level.
Level 5-19:
Fire the Yellow Bird into the wooden tower next to the stone rocket on the right of this level. With the White Bird, aim for the now-exposed left-side of the rocket. Drop the egg bomb just before you hit it, and this should take out everything on this side of the level. Fingers-crossed, some piece of debris will trigger the TNT at the bottom and eliminate the moustache-pig.
Level 5-20:
Launch the Blue Bird up high so that when you split it, the flock falls down through the first horizontal glass section over the chasm of this Tower Bridge imitation. With the next Blue Bird, split it up high above the middle section of the bridge to remove the pigs within. Finally, use the third Blue Bird to split into the stones to the left of the final glass section and knock them into the last three pigs.
Level 5-21:
Shoot the Black Bird at the section just above the tiny horizontal stone beam in the middle of the first tower's wall. Detonate it inside, which should destroy all the pigs and the whole tower. Debris should take out the King and a few more of his cronies. With the Yellow Birds that follow, you should aim for the bottom left corner of the tower to the far right. You are aiming to damage it enough so that the final two White Birds can drop their egg bombs in the same place and rip into the pigs inside. You just need to tower to topple and you should be in the clear.
Golden Eggs
Golden Egg #1:
The first egg, which is the easiest to get, can be found in the Shop. First, use the Shop link in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen to open the Shop itself. With that done, select the 'All in One Bundle'. Don't worry, we will not be spending any money on anything! This will take you to another screen where ordinarily you would select the amount you want. Instead, look at the picture on the left. You will see an easter egg located next to the Angry Bird icon in the medley image, just above the 'un' of Bundle. Click on it and you will return to the home screen. Select the Golden Eggs game mode and you will see the egg added to the list of eggs that you've previously found, if any. Select it to begin the extra level.
Golden Egg Level #1:
This level involves Blue Birds. These split into three when you click them after launch. They essentially act as cluster bombs, allowing you to hit multiple targets with a single bird. Click to activate the cluster just after you pass between the gap in the wall. You should try to hit the TNT boxes at the back of the level to do a clean sweep on the pigs.
Golden Egg #2:
To get this egg, open the Bird-O-Matic screen, which is indicated by the Avatar text and image in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. You will see your avatar depicted in the image on the left of the Bird-O-Matic screen that will then open. In the top left of this image, you should see the second Golden Egg.
Golden Egg Level #2:
This level has a giant pyramid of pigs. You should fire your black bird, which explodes on impact, into the ground just before the pile of bricks that is at the bottom of the line of bricks. The bird will explode, sending bricks to the right and into the pyramid. Repeat this using the bricks above, if necessary, until all the pigs have been killed.
Golden Egg #3:
This egg is sneakily hidden in the game's credits. To access them, click the 'i' icon to the left of the Shop button on the main level selection screen. The credits will begin to play. After about 10 seconds, you should see the name Ari Arnbjornsson under 'Lead Programmers' - the first 'o' in the name has been replaced with a golden egg!
Golden Egg Level #3:
This level features Yellow Birds, which are great on wood and build up a lot of speed - there's no need to worry too much about that for now. This level is fairly straightforward. Simply aim at the great mass of pigs and objects and let the edge of the arena do its work to bounce you around.
Golden Egg #4:
For the fourth Golden Egg, you need to click on the 'Inbox' icon, which is located in the set of four buttons at the bottom right hand corner of the screen. Once the Inbox opens, look to the left of the 'Send Free Gifts' button, and you should see a Golden Egg.
Golden Egg Level #4:
More Yellow Birds on this level, and you want to aim at the wood that is supporting the metal balls. Hit the underside of this and you will send them shooting up into the cluster of pigs in middair. That's all for this level - it really is quite straightforward.
Golden Egg #5:
While playing any level where you have Red Birds to fire, click the '?' help icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Ignore the first screen instructing you on the Red Birds, it is the next one that you want. On this second screen, you will find the egg in the lower of the two pictures, next to the pig that is about to get splatted!
Golden Egg Level #5:
Black Birds are the stars of this level, which features some pigs driving along in some tractors! It's pretty simple still, however. Just aim at the first vehicle in the convoy to take them out - you should be trying to flip one up so that it blocks the others and they all pile together. This will allow your exploding Black Birds to take out multiple targets at a time.
Golden Egg #6:
This egg can be found in Surf and Turf level 6. You will see it near the entrance to the cave underneath the pigs. Knock the wood out of the way to get to the egg - you can hit it with something to pick it up.
Golden Egg Level #6:
This level has a variety of birds for you to use to take out each of the pigs. For the mostpart you are just aiming straight at them but using some of the bird's specialities to take out the pigs. With the first Red Bird, aim for the main, large pig at the top of the middle island. Throw the cluster next, at the three pigs diagonally above your slingshot. The green Boomerang bird you should fire over the central island, then click to activate its boomerang feature when it is just over the right-hand cavity of the island - it should go inside and take out the pig within. The Yellow Bird you can fire straight at the left-hand cavity of the central island. With the White Bird, aim it at the ground and activate its explosive egg to push yourself back up into the pig underneath the island. With the Black Bird, aim over the area that the three pigs were in above the slingshot. You want the bird to come down next to the pig in the square prison - explode it with a click when you are alongside. The final bird, the Big Brother Bird, you can bounce off the edge of the island and back into the cavity underneath you to destroy the last pig.
Golden Egg #7:
For this Egg, you need to play Surf and Turf level 37. As soon the camera pans to the slingshot, look beneath it and you should see the golden egg. Simply fire the White Bird backwards and drop its egg bomb by clicking to send an explosive egg down to collect the Golden Egg.
Golden Egg Level #7:
This is a nice, simple level. Fire the Red Birds at the TNT to send the stones firing at the pigs waiting inside the wooden cage.
Golden Egg #8:
Might Hoax level 12 hosts this particular Golden Egg. You will see it all the way up in the top right hand corner of the level (you may need to zoom out). You'll have to fire a Yellow Bird in that direction and use its extra boost of speed to reach the egg.
Golden Egg Level #8:
This level presents you with a pit filled with pigs! Instead of trying to get the Big Brother Bird to reach the pit, you should aim it at the pit filled with glass and roll it up the next hill and into the pigs. It should take them all out with one effort.
Golden Egg #9:
This egg is on Poached Eggs level 62. As with the last egg, make sure you are zoomed out and you should see the egg on a pedestal up high in the right hand corner of the level. It is quite tricky to get to - you need to wait until you are given a White Bird to use. Click to activate its egg bomb which will push you up further and hopefully into the Golden Egg.
Golden Egg Level #9:
This level requires brute force. You are given a horde of Black Birds to use, so just blast your way through the obstacles, using the TNT to help out wherever possible.
Golden Egg #10:
To get this egg, you first need to play Poached Eggs level 3. On this level you will see a smiley face with an egg sticking out of it. Simply hit the egg to unlock the Golden Egg level.
Golden Egg Level #10:
An easy level awaits now - just aim at the 'Space' writing that is made up of pigs with each of your shots and you should find it easy enough to take them all out.
