Negotiations are still ongoing; however, sources claim that the amount that the star will receive may exceed $ 30 million paid to Britney Spears in her contract at Planet Hollywood for the shows of "Piece Of Me".
If she close the deal, Mariah start the show this year to promote her latest album, "Me. I Am Mariah ... The Elusive Chanteuse".
Artists such as Cher, Celine Dion and Shania Twain have held a series of shows in Las Vegas.
