Wall of Fame
The Wall of Fame shows pictures of the developers of Dying Light. These can be found just outside of the tower in the slums. Go down the stairs and orients you to the right. There, you see the wall.
The Silence of the Lambs
Also on the classic film, the makers of Dying Light thought. During a mission of liberation, which you can start in the fishing village of slums, you see this Easter egg. Before the space in which the mother is being held, you will find both basket and lotion.
The house is located in the northeast of the slums. Nearby is also a petrol station that can be converted into a safe zone.
Dancing Zombies

Stasis Field Projector
This Blueprint of Dying Light can be found also in Old Town are a mission. This gets in Rupert, the armorer. Search the empty nursery on the floor above Rupert's apartment. Here you see a pink teddy bear. Use it several times until you get the blueprint.
Ray McCall
