Sam Smith released this morning Thursday (5), the music video for his latest single "Lay Me Down". How could it be, the romantic ballad won an exciting production that takes place entirely within a church and shows the end and the beginning of a relationship, represented by a funeral and a wedding.
According to the post of the singer releasing the video, he and Ryan Hope director wanted to make a show of something waiting to be possible in the near future, which is the right of everyone homosexuals and transgenders can marry under any roof, any city, in any country.
The video also came out before the Grammy Awards ceremony, which takes place on Sunday, 8th, the British star also confirmed to perform alongside Mary J. Blige at the event. Sam Smith competes in six categories, including the most popular "Album of the Year".
