It’s fun in the baseball park once again with Big Win MLB. If you are familiar with Big Win Baseball, then you might already be familiar with this particular title. The main difference, however, is that Big Win MLB features actual players from your professional baseball teams. Now, you can manage your own team and pit them against other rosters in the ultimate battle for baseball supremacy.

Gameplay
As with most Big Win games, Big Win MLB revolves around the collection of cards that players can form their team around. They must organize their active roster, enhance skills, and even change batting orders so that they will have a higher chance of winning against other players’ team. Buying cards is extremely essential, and providing boosts to your players will surely affect your standings while you race towards the all important pennant.

Currency
Coins are the basic currency in Big Win MLB. Coins can be used to heal players as well as buy basic cards. Coins can be earned by participating in matches. They can be earned whether your team wins or loses, but of course they are higher rewards if you come out on top of your game. Big Bucks, on the other hand, are the premium currency, and can be used to replenish your energy as well as buy premium card packs that offer more superior cards.

Big Bucks are awarded each time you level up, but in order to get a respectable amount, you would have to spend actual money. However, both coins and Big Bucks may also be earned by participating in offers within the game.

Fans
Fans are the form of experience points within the game. Fans are earned each time you play a game, with the team winning and performing better earning more fans than the other. Leveling up will earn players coins as well as Big Bucks.

Energy
Energy allows you to play games. Energy is replenished over time, but can also be refilled using Big Bucks. Make sure that you use up all of your energy before going on a break so that you can maximize your playing time.

Cards
There are many different kinds of cards at play within Big Win MLB. The first kind are players, featuring real MLB personalities. Each player has specific stats and rankings, and they can be boosted using Skill Cards that add onto or upgrade your players’ existing skills. There are also Big Impact cards that add boosts to one game should you choose to equip them. A player can equip up to three Big Impact cards per game, and they will disappear once they have been used. Contract cards also exist, which help maintain a particular player’s level of play after they have participated in a specific amount of games.

Each card is categorized into bronze, silver, gold, and platinum cards, with each increasing in both rank as well as cost. Cards can be purchased in the shop using either coins or Big Bucks.

Managing Your Roster
In order to become a better team, players must be able to shuffle higher quality players to their respective positions, and upgrade their skills as necessary. It would be much wiser to use up valuable skill and contract cards on players that are sure to play longer in your team than on players that you will surely bench one you’ve acquired better players. It would also be better to upgrade skills of players who will actually use these skills, such as good ball control for pitchers, high hitting power for batters, etc.

It would also be wise to either rest up or heal players that are injured. Better yet, you can protect players from injuries by using the Injury Free Big Impact card. As for batting order, this is pretty much based on luck so players can just check their stats and decide as to whether better hitters are much better placed during the first, last, or middle innings.

Matches
Player can watch the games as they unfold, or they can skip it altogether to go straight to the results. Watching the game is recommended, though, so players can make adjustments to the roster and learn from their mistakes based on what they see. Playing with the proper Big Impact cards is also essential especially with higher ranked teams, although equipping Big Impact cards comes before being able to see the stats of your opponents, so equipping them is pretty much a gamble.

Pennants
Players can compete in a series of matches against other players. After a set number of games within a certain time period, the top ranked teams with the highest win loss cards (with other figures factored in in case of a tie), will earn coins and Big Bucks as rewards.

Players can also opt to play a Quick Game where their win-loss ranks will not play a factor in their Pennant rankings. This is a good way for players to see how their team will be able to perform without affecting their Pennant rankings.

Tips and Tricks
With Big Win MLB, having a good set of players on the field is very important. Aside from this, being able to use up your Skill Cards is very important, as even bronze level players can keep up with silver level players if their skills are upgrade high enough. However, it is recommended that players purchase higher level card packs early and save their skill and contract cards for the franchise players.

It is also recommended to use your Big Impact cards wisely. It may be better to not use Big Impact cards in certain games, and in certain situations using as many Big Impact cards as allowed will give you a higher chance of victory. Watching the actual game from time to time may be very important so that players will be able to make the right adjustments to their rosters. Player can also sell cards that they are no longer using so that they may be able to buy higher level card packs to further improve their team.

Lastly, make it a point to chase for the pennant every day. Not only will you have a chance to earn big rewards, but Big Win MLB will also reward players who log into the game on a daily basis.
