In Destiny, there is a bounty in Crucible called Target Practice, which has a somewhat misleading requirement.
It asks you to earn 10 gunslinger medals, but there isn’t really a category for these types of medals.
A gunslinger medal is essentially a medal that requires a hand cannon to complete it.
The only medal that I know of that requires a hand cannon is the Dead Man’s Hand medal, which requires you to get three hand cannon headshots in a single life in Crucible.
I’ve received confirmation from several different people that getting the Dead Man’s Hand medal ten times will complete this bounty.
