My Mom and Farmville Cheats

One thing that people tell me all the time is how much fun they are having playing Farmville on Facebook.

I want to have fun too so off to the farm I go. My Mother seems to be the best one of what my immediate family who seems to be the expert. Her farm is nicely appointed, full on animals and barns and trinkets.

I tried to make my farm look like hers, but it seemed like I was always running out of Farmville cash. I knew I could buy my way to success, but I feel funny about paying for a few pixels on a computer screen. When I purchase something I want it to be real, something I can hold in my hand, touch and feel. I know, call me old fashion that is just how I roll.

After a few weeks of burning though crops and killing the trees, I approached my loving mother and asked her how she did it. What is the secret to your success is it because you grew up on a farm? And if so, how in the world does that translate over to a computer farm. I was the computer expert, and resident Internet expert. I would have thought this would give me the edge.

When I asked, she got a grin on her face like none I have seen before, not the kind of happy that I could see when I graduated High School, but the kind of silly, grinning, happy that someone gets while they are pulling your leg.

Well she said, I am smart, in fact I am very smart! And I know when simple brain power is not enough that is why I purchased an eBook to teach me the ins-and-outs of Farmville. In fact, she continued, I use the eBook quite allot, it is my Farmville memory. When I am stuck I just check the eBook.

Well that explains it I thought to myself. Then I told her I should have asked her a long time ago how she did so well at the Farmville game. She is my one and only loving mother, I am not sure why I did not ask before; I mean she did teach me how to read, learn, and ride a bike.

Well it was not long before she and I were at the top of the family and friends Farmville charts. My older sister is just green with envy. I think she should talk with my mother, don’t you?

I have a real life, so I do not live for Farmville but that does not mean I do not want to do well, and I think that is true for most of us.

Farmville friends and our family have had more fun playing this game online that we have for a long time, it is an instant family and friends reunion when I get on the computer and start up Farmville and see what everyone has been up too.
