Zenimax has released the third major content update, which focuses on improving a range of features and fixing some bugs, including heavy armor, weapon swapping, armor dye stations and more. Which one is what you really like?
Heavy armor
From Patch 1.3.3, heavy armor can now restore magicka and stamina when you take damage. But the developers never pointed out how much stamina or magicka will be taken by each hit? If it is 0.15% per hit and increased per piece of heavy value and the additive values are various, it is about 62 health/magicka restored per hit taken with 2k health/magicka, or 75 each with the new softcap. Actually, it is not bad. Besides, the change of heavy armor will make the AOE fire mage DK more powerful than before.
Weapon swapping
"We've made changes to the way we cache textures for your alternate weapon that will allow you to swap weapons reliably and instantly. The previous delay when swapping has been reduced significantly, so swapping to your second ability set will be seamless and fast, making combat feel more responsive," ZeniMax says.
For a long time, the lags of weapon swapping in the Elder Scrolls Online bother lots of players. Several times, ZeniMax also made some attempts to improve it, but few of them satisfied people. So most players, including me, pin the hopes on this patch.
Armor dye stations
The official announcement states, "In this update, we've added armor dye stations where you can change the color of your armor with dyes you unlock through achievements. We've also added and improved many guild features including the addition of guild heraldry, guild traders, and improved guild management."
That means, you can unlock dyes through achievements, and change the color of your armor more freely. Thus you can share your characters with the unique armor with other players, which should be fun.
Besides, there are more tweaks to ESO in this patch.
Have you experienced these awesome changes in-game? Would you like to swap weapons leisurely to go through achievement and color your armor? During your adventure, you can take cheap the Elder Scrolls Online gold at esocheapgold for further battles.
