WoW: Guides for Legendary Ring in Warlords of Draenor

Blizzard changed the way legendary items are obtained, with Mists of Pandaria Legendary Cloaks. Basically to get your legendary you have to complete a pretty big quest chain that involves a lot of farming for various parts of that legendary. Since you can not complete the quest right from the start and you have to wait for future content patches, we will split and update this guide for every patch. Don't forget that every class can get these legendary ring. No class specific legendary items anymore (not yet anyway).

Chapter I: Starting the quest chain
You can get the first quest at level 98. Just visit your garrison and Khadgar's Servant will have a quest for you. You'll have to travel to Talador to see Archmage Khadgar. Just fly there if you have flight path, if not just travel there and don't forget to get tat flight path because you'll have to visit that place a lot in the future. You'll have Khadgar will as you to retrieve the Pure Solium Band from the last boss in Skyreach. You can complete the dungeon on normal or heroic, but don't forget to loot the boss after he dies.

When you hand in the quest you'll have your first version of the ring. This is how your ring looks like:
Solium Band of Mending
Solium Band of Might
Solium Band of Dexterity
Solium Band of Wisdom
Solium Band of Endurance

First ring upgrade
Now you'll have to level up to level 100 and when you get there four more quests are going to be available for you. Archmage Khadgar is the one giving you these quests. One of these quests requires you to farm 4968 Apexis Crystals. You actually have to have those crystals and you'll lose them when you hand in the quest.

The other three quests Core of Flame, Core of Iron, and Core of Life send you to heroics. Bloodmaul Slag Mines, Grimrail Depot, and The Everbloom. Look at your minimap and don't forget to loot your items.When you complete all these quests you'll have to obtain Corrupted Blood of Teron'gor. So focus on defeating Teron'gor in Auchindoun and loot his blood.

After a few small quests where you'll have to follow come clues and talk to various NPCs you'll end up with Tarnished Bronze quest. You can complete the quest as a tank, healer or dps. Make sure that if you are a healer of dps, you don't stand in front of that dragon. Basically don't stand in bad stuff, go under those balls to throw them back into the air and kill the ads as soon as possible.

With this quest you'll complete the Chapter I: Call of the Archmage. Now you are ready to upgrade your ring to iLvl 680. This is how the rings looks like now:

Chapter II: Raiding and more farming

Even if you can't upgrade the ring anymore, you can prepare for it by farming a few things by completing the next two quests:

* Legacy of the Sorcerer Kings - you'll have to farm 125 x Abrogator Stones. You can find these stones:
- by looting the Highmaul bosses (when the future raids will be available we may see them in there as well)
- by completing some followers missions (you'll see the stones as a reward)
- by looting the work-orders chests, even if the drop rate is pretty low there
* Empire's Fall - both items needed can be looted from Imperator Mar'gok, the last boss of Highmaul (any dificulty).
