Though you are limited to 50 events which could be created at any point, there is an “All” option which you could use to keep the same audio throughout the whole league.
EA sports named it “Custom Stadium Sounds” and not “Custom Music” because it doesn’t limit the user to just music. The user could use famous lines, sound effects such as lightning or a stampede. It’s a great way to let the user be creative and make the user have fun. It also gives the user the feel of have his/her own stadium and hem/her choosing the sounds to play whenever events like touchdowns, tackles, or fumbles occur.
The custom stadiums sounds could only be heard at the user’s home stadium. This means if they go to a neutral site, their custom sounds don’t go with them. This is to keep the stadium balanced. The stadium’s sounds will come from each team’s bands or the fans. And when you are the visiting team, you will hear the opponent’s sounds instead.
EA sports wants to reinvent the whole game from pregame to post game to give you the whole experience of custom stadium sounds worth it. So they believe it doesn’t end in just playing sounds. They made this feature as a step in exploring the creativity of the user at a whole new angle. They want the users to get as much from the actual game and also as much from the user. Which means, together with all the visual features the game has to offer, the user could still be a part of it by adding the stadium sounds and not just by playing the game.
The coolest thing about it is that users could download all the anthems of their favorite teams marching band or they could use audio files to bad mouth their friend’s team in the game. The users could even put in there favorite songs so whenever they make a touchdown, their favorite song plays and it adds to the excitement. The whole experience of playing the game is brought to a whole new level.
