In reality, there are 3 ways to actually get heirloom items in WoW. The first is PvP. If you're good at PvP, then you can easily accomplish the goal of getting an Heirloom Item. As an Argent Champion, these daily quests can earn you an heirloom item in just under a week, and a full set of Heirlooms in only 15 days.
