Over the past week I have been creating a blog for reviewing games. Starting out my thoughts were reviewing solely RPG games, but do plan on expanding on that to include all types of games and different consoles. It requires research to get correct spellings of odd words and names. Pictures are pretty easy to collect, taking pictures of yourself in game play is a excellent way to do this, plus you get to show your readers what the game actually looks like and not just a air brushed advertisement.
So far I have completed the more popular blizzard games like the three Diablos, StarCraft, StarCraft 2, World of Warcraft. Telling my readers a little about the games is fun to do, and I hope to help people make a informed decision weather or not they wish to play the game. Nothing is worse than getting a game just to realize you do not like the look or feel of it, and then you are stuck with it. Weather or not you are more of a solo player or like to play with other people there are all types of games you can choose from as well as the different platforms you can play on.
I enjoy playing, considering myself as a gamer i can relate to the gamer community on what exactly you may be looking for. There is still a lot for me to learn about blogging, never having done it much, but i always have enjoyed writing. Doing this is helping me to become a better writer which I do plan on using later when I have fully polished my skill. Getting the hang of building a page and exactly where everything is going to end up when you publish it takes some practice but once you do enough pages it gets easier.
Pictures take some getting used to, not only do yo have to make sure you have a decent picture, but you also have to be careful on how big or small it is. Currently I do need to adjust some of my sizes, they are just to big were they dwarf what i wrote. Sometimes though when you cant get something just right you will be better off walking away from it for a little bit so you can come back to it and look at it with a new eye. In the future my site will be full of content and I am sure the online community will respond to it well. Author: Maelstrom
