2. An Elite pack was added to Hell Rift level 2.

6. WDs are now limited to 15 fetishes so that new ones replace older ones.
7. Akarat’s Champion prevents Town Portal from being interrupted.
8. Items that cannot be salvaged are grayed out.
9. Spiderling egg sacks and a pack of spiders are between Wortham Chapel and Caverns of Araneae.
10. Illusory Boots now allow players to pass through wallers’ walls.
11. Bul-Kathos’s Whirlwind can now crit.
12. Rift guardians can now drop more than one pile of Blood Shards.
13 .Horadric Hamburger transmute now works.
14. Wizards can now only have 1 Slow Time bubble out at a time.
15. Shields and Crusader shields got 3000-5000 more block amount.
16. Piranhas: Wave of Mutilation now knocks up enemies for hits.
17. Monsters with the Knockback effect seem to knock players back significantly further than before.
18. The cow level seems to appear more frequently as a Nephalem Rift now.
