While I finish collecting the details of rare mounts in WOW 6.2 just now, Blizzard has announced that World of Warcaft next expansion will be announced at 2015 Gamescom on August 6. Shockingly, two speculations about the upcoming wow expansion had had spread everywhere before the official announcement. One is called The Dark Prophet and another is named Eye of Azshara.

Rumors about the details of the Dark Prophet expansion
It is said that the guy leaking Warlords of Draenor online exposed WOW 7.0 few days ago, but the post on reddit got deleted quickly. As exposed, World of Warcraft 7.0 is named the Dark Prophet. 1. Zul and Azshara are the main villains.
2. The big focus of the expansion will be on night elves and trolls, with Malfurion and Vol’jin being the main heroes.
3. This is the South Seas expansion that so many players want.
4. New class will be Shadowstalker. The class will be a ranged class that uses bows, crossbows and guns, and it will have a heavier focus on magic attacks.
5. New level cap will be 110.
6. The expansion will have 8 zones, including The Valarian Depths, Zandalar, Kul Tiras, Kezan, Tel’Abim, Plunder Isle, The Rift and Broken Isles.
7. Blizzard returns to creating multiple dungeons per zone. Expect about 2-3 dungeons in most zones.
It sounds convincing and appealing, right? But players should have to buy gold in wow from Safewow to get ready for the multiple dungeons and new level cap.
Compelling reasons why Eye of Azshara would be the next expansion
Compared with the last speculation, there are no details about the expansion: Eye of Azshara, but many “compelling” reasons to be listed out. Mainly, Azshara touches many of the most popular mysteries in WOW, including the Burning Legion and the Elemental lords etc. besides, as late as February of this year, a new model for Azshara was added to the PTR, but not the one found in the Cataclysm time-walking dungeon, Well of Eternity. What’s more, guys holding this surmise also expressed that Eye of Azshara would not be the only lore to explore in this expansion.
It seems I have been convinced by the details of the Dark Prophet. Which one do you think is true? Anyway, the next chapter of the World of Warcraft saga will be unveiled next Thursday.
