Chapter 4: Two Falchions Guide

Important Unlocks:

• Character Unlock: Lon’qu joins your squad at the end of the mission.

This chapter is a tournament of fighting. For the tournament you start off with all of your characters on the southern part of the map. I found it best to start with one side, the right or left, and make the characters come to your stronger units. This is also the chapter where it shows you how to use some very helpful information on the battlefield, the Danger Area.

Danger Area in Fire Emblem: Awakening:

Select an enemy and press the A Button to view that enemy’s range of action. You can also press the X Button to toggle the danger area of all foes at once.

Another strategy that works well is to split up your troops along the bottom side of the map. Position your stronger melee soldiers in front and your support in the back. Eventually the enemy troops will move up and try to engage you. This way you can thin out the heard of enemies while at the same time build strong relationship bonds with characters.


Lastly you will have to take out Marth. He is not quite as strong as a couple of the other boss characters that where in the other chapters. Still it is always a good idea to lead with one of your stronger characters just so that no one gets caught off guard. Finish Marth off and you will be able to move on to the next chapter.
