Assassination missions make a return in Grand Theft Auto 5 and they are an easy way to make some quick cash. If you invest in the right stocks you can make an even greater amount of cash. This guide will tell you which stocks to invest in before taking out a target.

These will unlock after you do your first heist and you will get more and more as you progress through the game. Some of them will have a certain stock tied to them so try to do these when you have extra cash to blow.

In theory you should be able to switch between each character and buy stock on each one before you do these and triple your profits. We are going to test it out and we will get back to you.

Assassination Missions

The Hotel Assassination:

This is the first real assassination mission Lester will give to Franklin. Before the mission starts buy up as much of the competitive stock BetaPharmaceuticals as it will go up in price significantly after the assassination. Make your way to the hotel and bring a silenced sniper rifle with you for easy killing. Once you get into the hotel parking ramp wait out the time limit. Once the timer hits 0, the target will walk out of the building in a pink button down dress shirt. Take the shot and leave the area out the back of the parking ramp for a no fuss assassination and get paid.

The Multi Target Assassination:

You will have to kill four jurors which will hurt Redwood’s stock and increase Debonaire’s stock. You will have a little over 8 minutes to find all four of the jurors, Like Lester says bring something with some good range like a sniper rifle. The first juror is a huge dude flexing near a bunch of workout equipment. The second juror is out on a sail boat getting a lap dance, try to just kill the juror. The third juror is sitting on one of those window cleaning things that hangs from a building, shoot the string if you can’t get a shot on him. The final guy is one a bike driving away from you, use Franklin’s special to catch up to him quick. After you beat the mission sell your Debonaire stock and bring in that profit.

The Vice Assassination:

Invest in Fruit in the BAWSAQ (thanks to Nathan Mayne and French for this one). For this mission you will have to go find a hooker and wait for her to get into someones car. Once the girl gets into the car you will need to kill him, do a drive-by or shoot him from the sidewalk. I parked on the nearby hill and sniped him from a short distance. No police attention.

The Bus Assassination:

Do not buy and Vapid stock, if you own some be sure to sell it because it is going down the drain soon. You will need to go to the bus station and take a bus from the lot. After you hit a few bus stops you will run into Mr. Penny. He will steal a bike and start to ride away, you can run him down in your bus or get out and shoot him.

The Construction Assassination – Buy some stock in Gold Coast Development because it is about go go up up up! Lester says he source squealed this time so you will want to go with some armor and maybe a heavy hitter weapon like a grenade launcher or assault rifle. Once you get to the construction site you can avoid the first set of guards by going around the site to the elevator on the ground level. You will have to crash a car through the fence but from there you can walk right into the elevator.

After that you will be on a floor with more guards that you will have to take out. Get behind cover and take them out as they come to you, once they are down go to the next elevator and clear the guards that are on it. Once you make it to the roof the helicopter will start to take off, focus on the guy sitting out of the door and kill him before it can escape. Clear out all the guys on the roof, grab the parachute, jump off the roof and collect your payday.
