Did You Know You Get To Use A Sword In Destiny?

When you finally arrive on the Moon in Destiny you will start bringing the fight to the Hive. Part of that fight is destroying their relics or stealing them. Find out where you get to use a really strong Hive Sword in Destiny!

The Sword Of Crota

During the Moon mission The Sword Of Krota, you will be searching for an extremely powerful Hive weapon know as The Sword of Crota. The sword is known for killing thousands of Guardians in its time and it has to be destroyed before they use it again. Once you finally get to the location of the sword you will have to clear out the Hive before you can use it. After you take them out grab the sword and get ready to demolish some Hive.

Once you have the sword you switch to third person and face off with a swarm of Hive members including three Princes. Average Hive members will fall in one shot but the Princes are still very strong and will kill you if you just sit there and try to go blow for blow with them even with the sword. Thankfully you can still use your special(I was a titan not sure about the other two) which helped me bring them down faster.

Sadly though after you beat the mission the sword’s power is used up and it is destroyed. Still how cool would it be for that to be a special for someone? 3-5 seconds of that is all I need to clear out a room! Come on Bungie do it!
