The wasteland is awash with rare and powerful weaponry but none more so that the tool from another plane, the Alien Blaster Pistol. This Fallout 4 Guide – Where To Find The Alien Blaster Pistol will show you everything we know about the weapon, it’s whereabouts and how to get it.
The beginning elements of this method are a little uncertain. When I discovered it I was level 20, it may be available before or it may be related to another quest. You need to fast travel to Forest Grove Marsh on the Western side of the map.
From there walk along the road until you see a broken red truck. When you pass the truck you will hear a noise, if you look overhead you will see a ship crashing down.
From there follow the direction of the ship to the East.
When you arrive at the ship follow the green blood stains on the floor North to the cave. The Alien Blaster is inside.
Update: It seems that beginning the quest chain to locate Nick Valentine is a big trigger in this quest. Continue through the main story until you have the mission to find Nick Valentine. Then follow the steps above and you should initiate the event.
