This is where you can find it on the map. It is in Val De Mar and at those coordinates on the map. The Duck boat can be acquired early but you will want to take a helicopter or plane there to reduce travel times.

When you get there you will have to get the boats of land and into the water. My first attempt to use the grapple ended up failing hard and the boat exploded. Yes, the Duck Boat can explode like a normal boat. You can push it into the water with you body but this takes a lot of time. If you have a helicopter still use that. Attach the boat with the grapple and then lift it up and over into the water. You can also do this to bring the boat to another location if you want to travel the open ocean with it. The boat is actually pretty fast even if it is funny to look at.

As far as I know you CANNOT call this in on a rebel drop so this is the only spot to get it. We will be searching for more funny vehicles so check back soon for updates!
