Make Yourself at Home - Dead Island Side Quests Walkthrough

You get this quest from Harlan. To get to Harlan, travel past the first gas station and into the tunnel, then keep heading west towards the second tunnel, but do not enter 2nd tunnel and instead turn south at the entrance to that tunnel.

Down the road, you will see a group of zombies trying to break a fence. Harlan is standing behind the fence calling for your help.

Either exit the car and kill the zombies with your weapon, or run them over with your car. Either way, once you got rid of the Zombies, open the fence and talk to Harlan. He will ask for your help to get into the hut, which is locked. You should enter the hut from the back to unlock the door.

The easiest way to get to the back of the hut is to climb the nearby crates, then jump onto the fence and walk on the top of the fence toward the backyard, then when you are close enough jump into the backyard.

In the hut's backyard locate the door and break it open. Therell be a workbench in the first room so take the time to repair your weapon if you need. Because in the next room you will run into a thug zombie. Kill the thug, then loot the keys from his body to open the door. Harlan will enter the house and this completes the quest. The reward includes a powerful rare (blue) strong baseball bat, which is very useful for blunt weapon characters.
