Once you return to the Assassin's Headquarters you will be granted the hookblade. It is now time for Ezio to learn how to use it.

Full Synchronization is achieved by successfully performing all Hookblade maneuvers:

You need to perform these maneuvers to get Full Synchronization:
Extended Reach
Long Jump
Hook and Run
Hook and Throw

These are additional moves:
Leg Sweep
Hook Leap
Ride a Zipline
Zipline Assassination
Double Assassination

Much of this mission is following Yusuf. A new player will find this harder to do as some parts take a little more experience than others. Slow down the pace and watch what Yusuf does carefully to learn how to follow the route. Keep an eye open as you go through the Long Jump section as there is an Animus Data Fragment along the way. You can collect it now or try to note its location so you can return and get it later. At the end of the running section you need to perform the Hook and Run three times.

Once this is done Yusuf will offer up a challenge to climb a nearby tower.
Full Synchronization is achieved by climbing the tower in 60 seconds.

You can easily make the time limit by staying on Yusuf's tail for the whole climb. The hookblade gives you a much easier time climbing so get used to it. Use it and you will see just what it can do. At the top, you want to synchronize with the viewpoint then jump down.
