The more powerful the enchanter, the stronger the magic he can bind to his weapons and armor.
Any character can benefit from this tree if you plan on using enchanting. A pure mage, who does not use weapon or wear armor, will have no use for this tree. Either way, take only if you are going to use enchanting.
Level enchanting up by enchanting and disenchanting magical items, and by recharging weapons using soul gems. You can also talk to enchanting trainers to level up your enchanting skill up to five points each level.

Soul gems provide extra magicka for recharging

Soul Syphon
Death blows to creatures, but not people, trap 5% of the victim's soul, recharging the weapon.
Requires: Soul Squeezer, Enchanting 40
Insightful Enchanter
Skill enchantments on armor are 25% stronger.
Requires: Enchanter, Enchanting 50
Corpus Enchanter
Health, Magicka, and stamina enchantments on armor are 25% stronger
Requires: Insightful Enchanter, enchanting 70
Fire Enchanter
Fire enchantments on weapons and armor are 25% stronger
Requires: Enchanter, Enchanting 30
Frost Enchanter
Frost enchantments on weapons and armor are 25% stronger
Requires: Fire Enchanter, Enchanting 40
Storm Enchanter
Shock enchantments on weapons and armor are 25% stronger
Requires: Frost Enchanter, Enchanting 50
Extra Effect
Can put two enchantments on the same item
Requires: Storm Enchanter or Corpus Enchanter, Enchanting 100
Note: Extra effect is very powerful. Take this skill the moment you can, and create extremely powerful weapons and armor!
