Pierce has a new mission for you, “Party Time”. While it sounds like something of a waste of time, it proves that Pierce is not just joking around. He asks you to meet him at the airport so you can go and raid the penthouse. The GPS is automatically set for your destination. Head from the crib to the left, onto the freeway. Follow that onto Morning Start, turning off to the left in Rosen Oaks. Take the next left, then a right at the bottom of the hill. Turn left at the top of the hill to be followed by the next right. Follow this over to the airport. Once in the airport follow the path on the map to the marker to meet up with Pierce and have some fun.

A quick cutscene later you will be parachuting out of a helicopter for the penthouse. When prompted, hit the button to release the parachute. Ride it over to the penthouse and when you are above the pool, release it by hitting the same button. Once down on the rooftop, head out of the pool and wait for the prompting for a human shield. The Boss will take him hostage and he will give you the elevator code. Start making your way around the pool, grabbing whoever is unfortunate enough to be by you when your last human shield died. Make your way inside the penthouse through the door closest to the pool. Kill the three people inside and head to the right, taking the first left after the stairs. Make a quick right after that, head over to the wall, then down the stairs to your left. Take a left at the bottom of the stairs and grab the grenades just sitting by the barrels. Throw one at the crates in front of you to clear the way. Now there are a good nine people to kill in front of you and a pair to trio coming up behind you. Focus on the ones in front of you, ducking in and out of cover.

After the first round of slaughter, make your way to the back of the room and to the right. Follow the marker to the elevator to summon it up with the rest of the Saints. Turn to the left and lob a grenade to take care of the Syndicate members who will come at you. Once you have the rest of the Saints head over to where the Syndicate members are/were and go up the stairs on your right. Grab any survivors and use them as a shield. Make your way up to the main room. Kill all the Syndicate members who approach, which will mostly be from the back of the main room across from the pool. A few groups of four will take up a stand at the bar on the opposite side of the room.

Shaundi will eventually give a report where upon you will need to dash out, through the pool, over to the helicopter waiting on the pad. Take off in the helicopter and follow the Helicopter in front of you. This is fairly easy going at first, practice ascending and descending a bit. Hug close to buildings to build some more respect. Once you enter into Salander area be ready for things to get harder. You have some Syndicates firing rockets at you. Once you make it through though and the owner's helicopter lands, just chase him and take him as a shield to get the information you need to make the penthouse yours. Just survive until the call to Shaundi is complete.
