SWTOR Walkthrough - My Sponsorship - Bounty Hunter

You get the class mission "My Sponsorship" after completing the mission "House Cleaning". This is the last mission on Hutta before you leave to the Imperial capital, Dromund Kaas.

Nem'ro has double-crossed you again. He has already given his Great Hunt sponsorship token to another bounty hunter and has told you that if you want it badly, you should go take it from him. That's exactly what you're going to do, but first, you should collect your payment for the beastmaster job. Speak to Juda to collect your payment for dealing with the beastmaster. You'll find her within Nem'ro's palace.

Juda hands you a very large credits reward, likely Nem'ro's way of saying he is sorry for how he double crossed you. After talking to Juda, you see Mako. She tells you what you already know, that Nem'ro has already sponsored someone for the Great Hunt. But she also knows the name of the person who got Nem'ro's sponsorship token and how to find him. She'll tell you everything, but she has got a price. Tell her it's not funny. Her price is that she wants you to take her with you on the Great Hunt and whatever comes after. Braden taught her how to fight, and she is great with information. Whatever you tell her, it leads to you agreeing to take her along with you.

The hunter you're after is named Rarsk. He is a Trandoshan and serious bad news. Burned a whole village alive on Dantooine. Mako intercepted a transmission between the Trandoshan and the freak who was following her. Trandoshan are cold-blooded lizard people who worship a goddess and treat everyone else as prey.

Rarsk is collecting on a Republic Scientist bounty Fa'athra the Hutt is holding for him. All we have to do is break into Fa'athra's ridiculously well-guarded palace in the swamp, find the scientist ourselves and set a trap for Rarsk. And when Rarsk shows, we take his sponsorship token.

Your task now is to infiltrate Fa'athra's Lab on the second floor of Fa'athra's Palace to place a trap for Rarsk.

Mako is unlocked as your companion. Unlike the companions other classes get at this stage, Mako is able to heal, using her Med Scan ability, which will prove useful in your journeys.

Faath'ra's palace is south of the Rust Yards. Head there. Near the entrance to the palace, you can collect some bounties for the bonus mission "Additional Bounties Available". Fa'athra the Hutt has been employing and consorting with known criminals with some significant bounties on their heads. Find and defeat Bashrar the Smuggler, Underboss Korkresh and Ortoggan the Mercenary outside Fa'athra's Palace. Use the map to locate each boss.

Enter the palace, then locate the central elevator and take it to level 2. Find the room where the scientist, Albea, is being held and talk to her. Ask Mako to ID this woman as the Republic Scientist. Mako tells Albea that there is a bounty hunter coming to take her to the empire, where she will die or at least be tortured. But we want to kill this bounty hunter.  In the Dialog Wheel that comes up, choose "It's going to be okay" for 15 affection points with Mako.



Rarsk enters before you had a chance to lay your trap. You can try offering him to trade the token for the girl, but a battle still ensues. Defeat Rarsk and his men. Then loot the Sponsorship Token from his body. Talk to Albea again. The dialog options when she asks what happens now will be:

Aren't you a bounty?
I don't care. (LIGHT)
You need to get off Hutta (LIGHT)

For the most affection points with Mako, choose the first option. Mako tells you she is not interested in the bounty. The new options will be:

It's a paycheck
Not if you say no (LIGHT)
Sure I am [Kill Albea] (DARK)

If you choose the third option you kill the scientist for the bounty and you get negative affection with Mako as well as some dark points. Choose the second option to let the scientist go and receive 100 light points and 40 affection points.

Next, return to Nem'ro the Hutt at his palace. Grataa is there, and Mako identified him as the stalker who was following her. Turns out Grataa is a Great Hunt representative who was investigating malfeasance by Tarro Blood. Tell him that Tarro is cheating. Grataa says that Tarro did not break the rules since he did not attack a competitor directly.

Grataa gives you the instructions for the Great Hunt. From here, you must go to Dromun Kaas - the Imperial Capital. He gives you shuttle passes. When Mako says she wishes Braden saw this, answer "You bet we will." for the most affection points. When you arrive on Dromund Kaas, seek the huntsmaster in the Mandalorian enclave. He will answer your questions about the Great Hunt.

This concludes the quest "My Sponsorship" and the class missions on Hutta. The next mission, which takes you to Dromund Kaas, is called "Escaping Hutta".
