Head into the city and just to the north of the entrance you will find Rhiad Guth who will give you the quest , “Tidings of War”. Head just a little to the north and you will find Raf Kylr who gives you the quest, “Every Sparrow Fallen”. Head into the center of town and a little to the north. You will find Wyl Werrenir who gives you the quest, “Good with Locks”.

Inside the Seaform tavern you will find Walen Forstid who will give you the quest , “A Second to a Duel”. Next head into the Officer's Hall at the opposite end of the city and talk with Carastta Arawyn to get the quest, “Mixing Business”.

Head to the upper level and talk with Onfei Cather to get the quest, “Bad Blood”. She stands outside the house. Be sure to head into the Temple of Lyira to get he quest, “The Orison” from Abelyra Seranon. Also head over to the east and talk with Seilia Twayn for the task, “Lyria's Lost”

Head to the south in the Upper Level to reach the Scholia Arcana. In the main courtyard you will find Telemachus Rasp who gives you the quest, “Learning Curve”. Head into the Library and talk with Idris Theonen to get, “A Page Turner”.

Tidings of War
Save before you talk with each of them if you just want to go for them opposed to searching around for other people to recruit.

Ruhnir Wesnon
Keep to Rathir Lower Levels. Head into the Wending House to find him likely sitting at the table. He will calmly accept his summons.

Maiwen Wyvyrn-Gifre
Head to the Upper Levels. Just give it to her. She is very estactic to get this notice … if only everyone else was this easy.

Afan Del:
Head east into the Lower Tunnels. You will find him just a ways in. Talk with him and with some good persuasion you can get him to accept the notice.

Varen Seawine
Found in the Seaform Tavern which is in the northwestern end of the Lower City. He appears to be passed out drunk. Talk with him and he will calmly accept his notice.

Every Sparrow Fallen
Head to the east and into the Lower tunnels down the passage there. Head to the east then turn southwest and keep on that track. Once you pass back into tunnels are going through the settlement and reach an opening, you will be attack by five spiders, two giant and three venomspitters. Defeat them and you are just a few turns away from Selni. Head to the west as the door cannot be opened from this side. As you head west, in the next large chamber, you will be attacked by a pair of giant spiders. Past them you will encounter three giant rats. After that it is clear sailing to your destination.

Talk with Selni and persuade her of what Raf had told her, otherwise the quest goes a bit differently and more are dead. After you convince her, head to the City Watch. Inside the building, head to the southeast and search around. You will find a note about the Sparrow Murders on a desk in that area. Otherwise, you need to persaude it out of the Captain.

Now head into the northern part of the lower city. You will find Dunn who reveals that is the Captain of the Watch who has been working on killing off the sparrows. When you try to stop the guard coming at the Sparrows is when Dunn will raise his blade against you with the help of the surrounding people. Kill them all and start for the lower tunnels.

Inside the tunnels, head into the southern portion where the Sparrows hide.

Good with Locks
Head into the Customs House and turn to the right, go up the stairs and through the door to the north. Head into the room on the west and go for the chest nearest the door. This will have the ledger you are looking for. Take a little extra time to just loot them all for treasure and experience.

Mixing Business
Head into the Upper Levels and into the Wyvyrn-Gifre House to the west. In here, to the North you will find an Armoire. Inside there you can find multiple bottles of the wine you are after. You will need to wait for the resident in the room to settle in her chair and sleep, but it makes this quest much easier so worth the time and effort.

Now head down to the Lower levels and into the marked store. Gwalchami will be wandering around the store. Only give him two bottles of wine, anything more and he will not deal with you. With some persuasion you can sweeten the deal and increase your own reward. Now return to the Officer's Hall and claim your reward.

Bad Blood
Head into House Anwon. Turn to the southwest and talk with Coriana Anwon. She will ask you to find the Lapidus herb. This will send you into Acatha. Head there and get into the southern area. You will find the plant easily enough. Now just return to House Anwon. Give him the Lapidus herb and talk with him to learn about the poisoned wine. Now you need to head to Lower Rathir and see the Apothecary there to learn more about it. Just head down the stairs and go into the first building on the left to find Rhudlyn Rhewani. She will identify the poison quickly and immediately send you to the city watch. Once in there, talk with the first person there. Time to face the person who started this.

Head out and to the north part of Lower Rathir. You will see the pair of City Watch waiting outside the door. Head inside and you will find the servant dead in the back of the hall. Abergast will admit to killing him. There are a few persuasion chances which gets a lot of information out of him and advances the story nicely otherwise it is just pry it out of him or attack him. It does ultimately lead to you fighting him (or seeing him kill himself) but you will know his motives.

A Second to a Duel
Head to the east and into the lower tunnels. Head to the northeast immediately to find Gelphyne Nargyfier. She will sell you Rose-Of-Shadow for about 3,000 gold. Now head down to the docks and into the Officer's Hall. You will find Daltan Eames on the second floor in the northeastern part of the building. He will tell you where to find his sword so you can put Rose-Of-Shadows on there. Now return to Walen in the Seafoam Tavern.

Walen reveals there is one last phase that must be set up. He tells you to find someone, Jeibir, who is just to the west of the Seaform Tavern.. On your way you will encounter Shararein Forstid, Walen's mother! She gives you the option of shipping Walen on a different ship. So, give the name, “Maid of Fortune” if you want him to get away or “Ravenwing” to send him off to war. Once you give the name, head to the northeastern part of town, above the tavern watch the duel. Now things pay out by how you chose. Collect your reward and you are done with the quest.

The Orison
Head just outside of Raithr. To the north of the city you will find the marked spring. The second one is to the west of Gloamthicket. Travel there and just head a little to the west to find the second spring. It is just to the western side of the Fae Pools in the area.. The third rest between the Forsaken Plane and Galafor. You will find it on a jut of land facing to the north. Once you have collected them all, return to the temple. Talk with Seranon to hear the tale of the Sojourn. Have her explain to get the full passages.

Head down into the Lower Tunnels and seek out Nuer who is in the second chamber. With some persuasion you can easily beat Nuer down with his own words. Otherwise, just run through the dialogue, just be sure to save before you talk with him. Once again, return to the Temple.

Time to choose for “The Giving”. Here you either give up some Experience, give an Epic Gem or Gold. Gold is ~60% of what you have, Experience takes 10% and the Gem is just an Epic Gem. Give one of these up to complete the quest.

Learning Curve
Head into the Gloamthicket which is in the southern portion of Acatha. Head inside and turn to the left. You will encounter a pair of Cave Murghan. Head farther down to encounter another Cave Murghan. When you reach the chamber after that one you will find four Elite Murghan. Defeat them then turn to the north and head through the door there. From the next chamber,,, after you deal with the four Cave Murghan bear west to reach your target: the Banshaen Priestess. She is guarded by five Elite Murghan so be ready for a fight. If you defeat the first wave of them, you will encounter a second wave of five Elite Murghan. Try to take them out quickly as they can augment the Banshaen's Lightning Attack which is devastating. Defeat them all, loot the room and head on out into Acatha then return to Rathir to finish out the quest.

A Page Turner
Open the book that you are given and it will direct you to head into the courtyard and observe the statue of a woman. Look at the book again and it will give you a summary of the life of one of the founders of the Scholia Arcana, Eleanor Brea. After that, you will be asked to go to the Rathir Bridge. You can exit the Scholia Arcana and fast travel to Rathir to instantly arrive at the Bridge. Once there, open the Omnibus Arcana again and read what the text has changed to. Your next destination after the Rathir bridge is the village Mel Aglir in Kandrian. This is found in the southern portion of Kandrian, just to the east of the passage from the western passage. Once again, read the book to learn some more of the history of the Scholia Arcana. Next you need to head to the countryside of Kandrian. If you have Tam's  Wagon, just fast travel there, otherwise head to the eastern portion of the western half of Kandrian. When you arrive at the marker, you are in for a fight. You need to defeat two Sprite Champions (Flame and Ice) as well as two Arcane Barghest. Defeat them, read the book, then return to Idris Theonen to complete the quest. He will ask what the point of the final lesson was, it was observation.
